PERSON is an alternative metal band from Tunisia with Jelena Dobric as vocal leader. His style combines the sound of modern metal with elements of symphonic metal, thrash and heavy riffs with synth effects and classical orchestration, creating the perfect base for intense and captivating vocal lines.

 

It is considered one of the most prominent and influential in the metal scene in Tunisia PERSON band are ready to move internationally. They made their first appearance in the music video the single "Blinded", which was voted Best Video of metal in 2015 in the contest of rock African Music Awards AudioInferno.com. Their debut álbum "Elusive Reflections" was released this February 12, 2016, so he prepares to take on a journey full of different identities, diverse and conflicting moods and different emotions.

An entry super strong! A unique, musically great! Style Jelena's voice is interesting, but makes an interesting contrast to the battery, fast and heavy guitar, with the style of their culture!

 

 

 

Blinded

 

Another majestic entrance and virtuous, drums and guitar in harmony, the beautiful voice of Jelena gives a unique style and a sense that comes very naturally a semi fast track with an excellent musical structure! That guitar solo you great dramatic flair.

 

Forgotten

 

A harmonious and strong entry, a quieter time and rhythm song, beautiful voice of Jelena is very impressive, engages in time and rhythm of the song, I pleasing those heavy guitar riffs, fast and strong! With good time extension.

 

Halley

 

Continuing the entrance of this heavy and powerful song, along with the beautiful voice of Jelena provided to us in space and time their vocal skill! A fast and energetic song.

 

Ageless

 

A very smooth and fast entry! An interesting song, solo guitar worked well, Jelena's voice say again gives a unique style have interesting song! Bewitching! Jelena's voice!

 

Torn

 

A song with a very conceptual and acoustic input, the voice of Jelena impresses me how engaging the pitch changes, rhythm and speed of each song, a slightly slower and own song.

 

Monsters

 

A heavy and strong entry, as in the aforementioned songs, time is faster, with a quality voice remarkable Jelena, strong and powerful song, I welcome the drastic change in velocity with guitars and drums, these alone guitar give more body to the song's vocals.

 

He Kills me more

 

Good entrance with a well worked battery, strength and forcefulness similarity in some previous songs in solos and rhythms.

 

Person

 

The very song name of the band, an excellent entry Jelena's voice full of strength and power, which can clearly hear the vocal tract, with changes in good, fast and slow pace with the expansion of the guitar solos well worked.

 

The Sea of Fallen

 

The final song of an álbum full of strength and power, with well reflected contrasting sounds, especially the voice of Jelena which continues to lose that energy! A quieter song tempo and rhythm, with the characteristic touch of the guitar solos.

 

My Recomendation

 

Congratulations to the band Person, for making this álbum! A strong influence of Goth / Symphonic Metal, has dark and heavy, fast and slow sounds, with a beautiful voice Jelena remarkable, ringing in her voice very clear! Own sound and unique blend of modern styles! In fact in heavy melodic and rhythmic hand at times changing speed plasma us a very modern thrash metal melodic sound.

 

Acute sense unfolds in time and melodies and catchy chorus, there are darker tones and sounds and reaches an immediate introduction subtle oriental, combining both styles, orchestrations reveal the musical influences of each of the members.

 

A very blunt style with some musical similarities in inputs of some songs perfectly but ranges between storm and calm, know how to play with skill in the variety of moods of the listener. A final and very quiet and sublime epilogue that takes us once again have emotions that transmits the song.

 

Guitars and Bass worked fine! is no exception and extencion for all the work of single high, eloquent and technical class, which I repeat in every song, in very good working basis very solid battery and a keyboard, which plays vital role in some.

It's a good álbum! It has interesting sounds and heavy and light combinations, voice and theme of the álbum excellent combination!

Has originality with strong sounds and the cultural influence of the band, I have remarkable musical influence, in the Cover Art is interesting, fractal effect with the mirror, which reflects the idea of the álbum with the woman in black showing dark influences.

 

 

Technique

 

Forcefulness, compas and skill of the guitars, bass and drums! Which in recommendation I say.

 

Vocal

 

Jelena's voice is interesting, mesmerizing is smooth, sharp, clean and clear in its heyday an excellent falsetto and registration, reminds me a bit of Liv in some high notes and some songs we listen hard and her vocal range, in some songs I am impressed that her voice is more remarkable than the accompanying music, really her vocal ability is excellent!

Un poco de la Biografía de la Banda

 

PERSONA es una banda de metal alternativo de Túnez con Jelena Dobric como líder vocal. Su estilo fusiona el sonido de metal moderno con elementos de Metal Sinfonico, Thrash y Riffs pesados con efectos de sintetizador y la orquestación clásica, creando la base perfecta para líneas vocales intensas y cautivadoras.

 

Siendo considerada una de las bandas más destacados e influyentes en la escena del metal de Túnez, PERSONA band están listos para pasar a nivel internacional. Hicieron su primera aparición con el vídeo musical para el sencillo " Blinded ", que fue votado como el mejor Video de metal en 2015 en el concurso de rock Premios de la Música Africana de audio Inferno.com. Su álbum debut "Elusive Reflexiones" fue lanzado este 12 de febrero de 2016, por lo que se dispone a tomar en un viaje lleno de diferentes identidades, diversos y conflictivos estados de ánimo y emociones diversas.

Una entrada súper contundente! Un estilo único, musicalmente genial! La voz de Jelena es interesante, aunque hace un contraste interesante con la batería, guitarra rápida y pesada, con el estilo propio de su cultura!

 

Blinded

 

Otra entrada majestuosa y virtuosa, batería y guitarra en armonía, la hermosa voz de Jelena le da un estilo propio y con un sentimiento que surge de forma muy natural, un track semi rápido con una excelente estructura musical! Ese solo de guitarra le un toque dramático excelente.  

 

Forgotten

 

Una entrada armónica y fuerte, una canción más tranquila en tiempo y ritmo, la hermosa voz de Jelena es muy impresionante, se acopla en tiempo y el ritmo de la canción, me agradan esos riffs pesados de guitarra, acelerados y contundentes! Con una buena extensión en tiempo.

 

Halley

 

Continua la entrada de esta canción pesada y contundente, junto a la hermosa voz de Jelena que nos brinda en espacio y tiempos su habilidad vocal! Una canción rápida y con energía.

 

Ageless

 

Una entrada muy armoniosa y rápida! Una canción interesante, solos de guitarra muy bien trabajados, la voz de Jelena vuelvo a decir le da un estilo propio he interesante a la canción! Hechizante! La voz de Jelena!

 

Torn

 

Una canción con una entrada muy conceptual y más acústica, la voz de Jelena me impresiona en cómo se acopla al cambio de nota, ritmo y velocidad de cada canción, una canción un poco más lenta y propia.

 

Monsters

 

Una entrada pesada y fuerte, como en las canciones anteriormente mencionadas, en tiempo es más rápida, con una calidad en voz de Jelena muy notable, una canción fuerte y contundente, me agrado el cambio drástico en velocidad con las guitarras y batería, esos solos de guitarra le dan más cuerpo a la canción, más las voces.

 

He Kills me more

 

Buena entrada con una batería muy bien trabajada, con semejanza en fuerza y contundencia a algunas canciones anteriores en solos y ritmos.

 

 

Persona

 

La canción propia del nombre de la banda, una excelente entrada con la voz de Jelena llena de fuerza y potencia, el cual podemos escuchar claramente su extensión vocal, con cambios en ritmo buenos, rápidos y lentos con la extensión de los solos de guitarra bien trabajados.

 

The Sea of Fallen

 

La canción final de un álbum lleno de fuerza y potencia, con sonidos contrastantes bien plasmados, sobre todo la voz de Jelena que no deja de perder esa energía! Una canción más tranquila en tiempo y ritmo, con el toque muy característico de los solos de guitarra. 

 

 

Mi Recomendación

 

Felicidades a la banda Persona, por haber hecho este álbum! Una influencia muy fuerte de un Metal Goth/Sinfonico, tiene sonidos oscuros y pesados, rápidos y lentos, con una hermosa voz de Jelena muy notable, un timbre en su voz muy claro! Un sonido propio y mezcla moderna de estilos únicos! De hecho en la parte melódica y rítmica pesada en los momentos que cambia en velocidad nos plasma un sonido melódico muy moderno al Thrash metal.

 

Despliega agudos en sentido y tiempo de las melodías y estribillo pegadizo, hay tonos y sonidos más oscuros y alcanza de inmediato una introducción oriental muy sutil, combinando ambos estilos, las orquestaciones revelan las influencias musicales de cada uno de los integrantes.

 

Un estilo muy contundente, con semejanzas en algunas entradas musicales de algunas canciones pero oscila perfectamente entre tormenta y la calma, saben jugar con habilidad en la variedad de estados de ánimo del escucha. Un final y epílogo muy tranquilo y sublime que nos lleva una vez más haya de las emociones que trasmite la canción.

 

Guitarras y Bajo muy bien trabajadas! no es una excepción y la extención durante todo el trabajo de los solos de clase alta, elocuentes y técnica, el cual lo reitero en cada canción, en la Batería buena base muy sólida y de unos teclados muy hábiles, el cual juega vital importancia en algunas composiciones.

Es un buen álbum! tiene sonidos y combinaciones interesantes pesados y ligeros, con la voz y la temática del álbum en excelente combinación!

Un poco en las semejanzas entre algunas canciones, en estilo y ritmo

 

 

Originalidad y Creatividad

 

Tiene originalidad con sonidos fuertes y la influencia cultural de la banda, he influencia musical muy notable, en el Cover Art es interesante, un efecto fractal con el espejo, el cual refleja la idea del álbum con la mujer de negro mostrando influencias oscuras.

 

Técnica

 

Contundencia, compas y habilidad de las guitarras, bajo y batería! El cual en la recomendación lo digo.

 

Vocal

 

La voz de Jelena es interesante, hipnotizante es suave, aguda, limpia y clara en su máximo esplendor un excelente falsete y registro, me recuerda un poco a Liv en algunas notas altas y en algunas canciones podemos escucharla con fuerza y su rango vocal, en algunas canciones me impresiona que su voz es más notable que la música que la acompaña, realmente su capacidad vocal es excelente!
