Let’s go to the Review!
Tracklist
A
The album opens in a very atmospheric way with a very gloomy and mysterious background
Abhinivesha
Interesting very conceptual and artistic entry, relaxing chords, background drums with a good beat, it has a chorus and style of its own with perfect changes in the musical scale, impressive, very good riffs with this Djent style and a Hindu style in the song!
Sharira
Great percussion and sounds with a combination of excellent scales, the overall sound is forceful and continuous, Heli's voice is beautiful and with a perfect body to the style and rhythm of the song, the middle part has very technical forays, style with Jazz and almost in the final part it is darker.
U
Another atmospheric, dark song with a piano interlude, very light percussion, and background orchestrations
Mukti
Excellent input and sound! Dark and dense this song, melodic with oriental styles very well handled! Heli's voice is more charged and with more changes in the melodic scale. The Bass and drums have excellent relevance and very even contrast in tempo, the piano a great protagonist.
Akasha
An entry with an ethnic voice in the background that whispers and takes us according to the melody along with a chord and constant drums, this song is a little more melodic and soft with oriental sounds, with notes of the background piano at all times, It has excellent musical changes that vary and increase in intensity.
M
Excellent musical entry an overture of war! A very heavy and fast drums, the chord of the deep, dense and penetrating bass, coupled with very ethnic voices and melodies. with riffs and progressive metal with a very ethnic and oriental style.
Bhati
It starts with an excellent musical sequence and soft and responsive voice, a powerful chord with Djent riff that accompanies Heli's beautiful voice and we hear a little more of her vocal ability! A less dark and melodic song, this is a song with more style and hallmark of the band with good tempo changes, scales and the combination of oriental sounds.
Agni
To close this great musical, conceptual and atmospheric work, we are left with a song with a mystical, oriental style and a very chilling background voice!
I leave you a part of the lyrics of this album!
Heli writes about Sharira शरीर + lyrics
Nowadays, we always speak about body and mind. And we do that as if they were very separated. But we have a “physical memory’’, just like when we play music, or when we do everyday life things. Sometimes we feel butterflies in our chest when we’re in love, our stomach hurts because of stress, etc. So I had this funny idea:
What if the body could speak?
" Sharira " शरीर (Sanskrit for "Body") is about a buried body, decomposing and feeding the earth.
For this song, I imagined blood cells talking to the brain, trying to reassure it. As if they were explaining what will happen now the body's dead.
" We're prepared.
We both know how it ends for us.
For the last time we're going to exchange energetic waves "

Then, the second part of the song is one of my favorite part for the vocals.
I really enjoyed adding soaring vocals and sentences going down. It’s always ’’up and down’’, and then, we have something very low and heavy, really deep rooted in the ground.
" Feed the plant from the root, back to the ground "
The Sanskrit part is a link with the concept of the whole album.
Utpad (to exist, to be born)
Udasru (crying)
Amukta (reborn again and again)
Just like in Abhinivesha, I had that vision of a dead body looking like a tree. While Abhinivesha deals with the mind’s travel after death, Sharira focuses on the material part of us, and how we are recycled in the earth, through plants roots, through nature.
Lyrics
We're prepared
We both know how it ends for us
For the last time we're going to exchange energetic waves
I ranged your thoughts
Scanned your beating heart
We've experienced pulsions and quietness
Switching on your brain
Feeding your veins
Coagulate
Then we freeze and struggle
Freeze and struggle
Wake, it begins, something inevitable
Always we play this last scene
Say goodbye
Will you ever dare to accept it
This final
This paralyzing part
You gotta play it and rip skin from your bones
Remember past lives
Reset
Transformation
Remember
Instantly forget
Wake Wake
Wake it begins something inevitable
Always we play this last scene
Say goodbye
Will you ever dare to accept it
This final
This paralyzing part
You gotta play it and rip skin from your bones
Launching cells in orbit
Light
Blood
Light
Sickness, we take it with us just to release you
Blood
Life
Epidermis will make one with a fertile soil
Blood
Back to the ground, feed the plant from the root
Light
Sickness, we take it with us just to release you
Life
Leave, your veins drain
Light
Deliver yourself to the ground
Back to the ground
Leave, your veins drain
Feed the plant from the root
Back to the ground
Utpad (to exist, to be born)
Udasru (crying)

My Recomendation
It is an excellent and good work with a Modern Progressive Metal base, it has a well mixed Oriental musical part, it is forceful in all its songs, intense of moments, soft and dark in some musical passages, with a perfectly made Riff Djent and with the Mobius's own style, ethnic and jazz voices and styles, accompanied by sublime background orchestrations, with its own style in dense, strong sounds, with silences and with a very attached metal and it must be mentioned that the titles are in Sanskrit! That gives the album a lot more personality!
They give us an excellent vocal test of Heli and instrumental together! It has subtle and beautiful musical scales, with very elaborate passages and other atmospheric, a chord with those great guitars that at all times show a lot of intensity. It is a complex album musically and conceptually very spiritual and / or emotional that I think so, it is not easy to listen to it at first, but if you are lovers of a modern and progressive style this album of Kala will please you!
The Voice
The voice is perfect for style, concept, and musical scales, Heli's beautiful voice has a light range, with a soft, slightly dark and deep voice timbre in some musical passages!
