Hello Friends! This week i talked with our friend Anna Kiraly! And She tell me that… Come on with Anna! In this super interview!

A Little of the bio of Sorronia band!

The idea of Sorronia was first conceived in November 2011 by Anna Király (vocalist) and István Biró (keyboardist). The concept was to form a new female fronted act with smooth rock fills, but with hard, heavy metal riffs and gothic elements, accompanied by a symphonic orchestra!

¿Hi Anna! How are you? Is a pleasure can talk with you thank you for this oportunity!

Hi Jose, I’m fine, thank you so much! Thank you very much for this great interview! It’s my pleasure!

¿Who is Anna behind the scenes and one day of your daily life?

My life is full of music and it makes me very happy! I have hobbies, I have many things to do around the band as well but I also have my private life, my calm moments, relaxing moments too. I enjoy those moments but to be very honest, I love doing and organizing my things, I can’t really sit down and just wait for something to happen.

¿How was your vocal and musical training? Your voice is beautiful!

I started to learn music and singing at the age of 6 in a music primary school where I also learned to paly the guitar. I continued my classical musical studies in the high school as well. Around the age of 16 I started to learn pop singing in a private singing school. After that I started to take classical singing lessons. I’ve been learning it since the age of 18.

¿Which are your inspirations in this Music, inside Symphonic/Goth Metal?

If I have to mention inspirations from Symphonic/Gothic Metal I’d say Amy Lee and Tuomas Holopainen.

¿Do you have any Singer in special?

I have many favourite singers from different kind of music styles. To mention one, my childhood favourite was a Hungarian pop singer, Kati Lajtai. I’ve learned a lot from her while growing up and I’m so thankful for that.
 

¿What does mean the name of the band ‘Sorronia’?

Sorronia is a fantasy name and it comes from the English word “sorrow”. It describes our wonderworld, our feelings.

The álbum 'Words of Silence' is a good álbum! I liked! Now the song 'Betrayal' is a preview of your next álbum ¿the second álbum will have a similar musical style like this song debut?

“Betrayal” is an EP we released in December, 2015. It is only available online and it containes 3 new songs. We are currently working on our second album. Since we had many hard moments, member changes it takes a bit longer than we expected. The album is gonna have similar musical style, yes, but it’s gonna be a stronger and in so many ways different one than the first album.

By the way, ¿the song ‘Betrayal’ how was the inspiration for to créate? Very nice song

Thank you! This song is about a very personal story, about a very hard time in my life. I think we all experience disappointments in our lives, sometimes our closed ones or friends betray us. We all know that feeling I think. The song is about that feeling.

Which is the most important to you? an álbum full of history, or an álbum full of music?

Both. The story, the words, the message is as important as the music to me.

¿Why it takes so long time to the production of your second álbum?

We had some hard months, band member changes in the band. It is never easy for anyone. We have our new members now and the work goes very well, the band is stronger than ever! We can finally continue the work on the new album, full of energy, full of new ideas!

¿Do you write some songs?

Yes, I write the lyrics and I write my vocal parts.

Your last álbum, contains great symphonic melodic, hard rock riffs and neo-classical solos, love it!

What influence has efect in you, to combine Classical music with heavy metal riffs elements and an beautiful voice like is yours?

We all love classical music. For example, I grew up learning to play/sing and listening to classical music and I think people can learn a lot from those amazing masterpieces.

Classical music gives so much to the soul, to the mind. Also, we all love metal. Combining classical music with rock/metal music is the perfect combination for us. We play the music style we love.

¿Could you give us a preview of the new production of your álbum? Come on a little!

At the moment we are in the writing process but I’m sure we’ll share some previews soon! ;)

¿Some videoclip coming with your band? Of this new álbum?

Yes, we have plans for a new video or videos for the new album!

¿Any Surprise in this 2016? Tour, Event, Preview!

We’re gonna have many shows around Europe. We’ve already announced a German show, we’re gonna be back in England as well and there will be many more surprises to come! Also, we are working on the 2nd album!

¡Hola amigos! Esta semana hablé con nuestra amiga Anna Kiraly! Y Ella me dice que ... Vamos con Anna! En esta súper entrevista!

Un poco de la biografía de la banda Sorronia!

La idea de Sorronia fue concebido por primera vez en noviembre de 2011 por Anna Király (vocalista) y István Biró (tecladista). La idea era formar una nueva band con una vocalista al frente, con Rock suave, pero con riffs de metal pesado, duro y elementos góticos, acompañado por una orquesta sinfónica!

¿Hola Anna, como estas? Es un placer poder charlar contigo, agradezco la oportunidad.

Hola José, Estoy muy bien! Gracias a ti por la entrevista, el placer es todo mío.

¿Quién es Anna detrás del escenario? ¿Cómo es un día en tu vida diaria?

Mi vida está llena de música y eso me hace muy feliz!

Tengo muchos hobbies y sobre todo muchas cosas que tienen que ver con la banda pero al mismo tiempo tengo mi vida privada.

Tengo muchos momentos de relajación y de calma, los disfruto mucho pero siendo honesta me gusta mucho el organizar mis cosas, realmente no puedo sentarme y solo esperar a que lleguen solas.

¿Cómo fue tu entrenamiento musical? Tu voz es hermosa

Comencé a cantar y aprender de música a la edad de 6 años, fue en una escuela primaria musical en la que también aprendí a tocar guitarra.

Después continué mis estudios de música clásica en la preparatoria.

A la edad de 16 años aprendí a cantar pop en una escuela privada de canto, después de eso comencé a tomar lecciones de canto clásico y no he parado desde entonces.

¿Cuáles son tus inspiraciones dentro de la música sinfónica/metal gótico?

Si tuviera que mencionar mis inspiraciones diría que Amy Lee y Tuomas Holopainen son los principales.

¿Tienes algún cantante en especial?

Tengo muchos cantantes preferidos y de distintos estilos musicales, pero si tuviera que mencionar a uno en especial diría que el favorito de mi infancia: Kati Lajtai, cantante pop húngaro.

He aprendido mucho de ella y estoy muy agradecida por eso.

¿Qué significa el nombre de la banda ‘Sorronia’?

Sorronia es un nombre de fantasía y proviene de la palabra en inglés ‘Sorrow’.

Describe nuestro mundo maravilloso, nuestros sentimientos.

El álbum ‘Words of silence’ es excelente! Ahora dime, su nueva canción ‘Betrayal’ es un preview de su próximo álbum.¿Su segundo álbum será similar al estilo musical de esta canción debut?

‘Betrayal’ es un EP que lanzamos en Diciembre de 2015 y está únicamente disponible en línea, contiene tres nuevas canciones.

Actualmente estamos trabajando en nuestro segundo álbum, a pesar de haber pasado momentos difíciles y de que hubo cambios con los integrantes, eso ha alargado el proceso más de lo esperado.

Este álbum si tendrá similitudes, pero será mucho más intenso! Y de muchas maneras será diferente al primero.

¿Cuál fue la inspiración para el tema ‘Betrayal’? Es una gran canción!

Gracias! Esta canción es sobre una historia muy personal, sobre una época muy difícil en mi vida.

Siento que todos hemos experimentado decepciones en nuestra vida, a veces la gente más cercana a nosotros nos traiciona.

Todos conocemos perfectamente ese sentimiento y la canción se trata de eso.

¿Qué es lo más importante para ti? Un álbum lleno de historia o lleno de música?

Ambas. La historia, las palabras, el mensaje es tan importante como la música.

¿Por qué tarda tanto la producción de su segundo álbum?

Hemos tenidos meses difíciles, cambios con los integrantes de la banda.

No ha sido nada fácil, pero afortunadamente ya tenemos a los integrantes y hasta ahora funcionamos bien.

La banda está más fuerte que nunca! Así que podemos seguir trabajando en el álbum, estamos llenos de energía y de nuevas ideas!

¿Escribes algunas de las canciones?

Así es, escribo las letras y también mis partes vocales.

12º Su último álbum contiene grandes melodías sinfónicas, riffs llenos de hard rock y solos neo clásicos, me encantan!

¿Qué efecto tiene en ti el combinar la música clásica con los riffs de heavy metal y la voz hermosa que tienes?

La verdad es que a todos nos gusta la música clásica.

Por ejemplo, crecí aprendiendo a cantar y tocar música clásica y puedo decir que todos podemos aprender mucho de estas piezas maestras!.

La música clásica le aporta mucho a la mente y el alma.

Además nos encanta el metal! Así que combinar música clásica con música metal/rock es la perfecta combinación para nosotros! Nos gusta tocar el estilo que nos encanta!

¿Podrías darnos algún adelanto del nuevo álbum?

Actualmente estamos en el proceso de escritura pero ten por seguro que más adelante podremos darles un adelanto.

¿Habrá algún videoclip pronto?

Así es! Tenemos planes para un nuevo video para el siguiente álbum!

¿Habrá sorpresas para este 2016? Algún tour o evento?

Tendremos muchos shows por Europa, ya anunciamos un show en Alemania.

Planeamos regresar a Inglaterra también y habrá muchas sorpresas más!

Además de seguir trabajando en el segundo álbum.
