Die Ego are a Heavy Metal band from London - UK.

Diego Fardel (Lead Guitar) and Gabe Scapigliati (Vocals and Bass) sowed the seeds for DIE EGO at the start of 2015. The duo, however, had to weed out a handful of unsuitable drummers before securing the services of Dave Grosz, before DIE EGO were officially formed.

Attacking your senses from the backstreets of London, DIE EGO spit out a fierce blend of contemporary Heavy Metal that draws from everyone from Pantera and Metallica, through to Slipknot and Alice in Chains. The power trio are the perfect calling for metal fans who enjoy aggressive vocals, heavy intense riffs and groove-infused drums.

In 2018, the metallers released their first demo, Songs For The Insanity, and their energetic live performances started to gain attention within the metal community. Notable appearances at many hotspots such as O2 Islington and Camden Rocks Festival soon followed. The three piece then turned their attention to recording, and have just finished work on their debut album, "Culto".

The band remark about the album: "'Culto' is a raw and powerful demonstration of our essence and spirit. Our mindset was to produce an honest album that reflects the band's journey and makes a statement of what we are all about."

With a debut record in tow, the future is very bright for these metal upstarts.

Hard sound, strong chords and full-throttle drums, we started with a piano atmosphere and then a storm full of sonic brutality! Excellent and heartbreaking screams along with a powerful riff by Diego Fardel.

Anger is Yours

We continue with strong, forceful and heavy sounds, a heavy song with a very solid melody, that measure and tempos have a lot of strength, perfect musical ability from Gabe Scapigliati (bass) and Dave Grosz (drums), you can hear a load in those chords with a little groove.

Demons have Demons

Excellent sounds, strong and very rough chords! Heartbreaking and heavy screams! A single musical scale that carries the entire track with an excellent riff and guitar solo, a strong hard rock!

Treatment of Silence

We lowered the speed a bit, a chord with more extension and more dense, those chords carry all the power in this super track! Guitar / Bass with all the power and musical extension.

There is No Tomorrow

A musical entrance similar to the previous track, strong, dark, aggressive and full of heavy and razor-sharp chords, those riffs and vocals are perfectly matched, one after the other.

The Grave

We started loaded with accelerated chords / riffs, drums with more force and power, full of excellent dense rhythms and brutality full of darkness! The last part excellent strength, slow song, but very heavy!

Don’t Get Close

Here we run into a brutal start of play with a chord beat and those changes in that pedal with hard and dense guitars, in combination of drums, voice and lyrics show us a battle through despair and struggle.

I Promise

A heavy, dense introduction, chords that dominate the entire track, brutal drums, a rhythm between heavy and melodic with dense and heartbreaking vibrations.

My Recomendation

It is a debut album full of chords, hard, raw, strong musical scales and with a lot of musical ability, we can enjoy it with each part, song and the skill of each musician, and as the band DIE EGO works together, its sound is dark and rough! Powerful music with many remarkable arrangements and chords, the riffs did not stop coming out on each musical track, a musical style with influences from Thrash Metal (Old School), Groove, Heavy / Hard Rock without a doubt, Culto is a raw demonstration and powerful of essence and spirit as they demonstrate it!

The voice is heartbreaking and brutal, full of anger and darkness! Within the musical scale is perfect, we always hear the voice that jumps out of the dense and heavy musical storm, for fans who like rough, strong, dense notes with high, raw, forceful and dark sounds Die Ego is your choice!

Die Ego es una banda de Heavy Metal de Londres - Reino Unido.

Diego Fardel (guitarra principal) y Gabe Scapigliati (voz y bajo) sembraron las semillas de DIE EGO a principios de 2015. Sin embargo, el dúo tuvo que eliminar a un puñado de bateristas antes de contratar los servicios de Dave Grosz, antes de DIE EGO se formaron oficialmente.

Atacando tus sentidos desde las calles secundarias de Londres, DIE EGO escupe una feroz mezcla de Heavy Metal contemporáneo que atrae a todos, desde Pantera y Metallica, hasta Slipknot y Alice in Chains. El trío de poder es el llamado perfecto para los fanáticos del metal que disfrutan de voces agresivas, riffs intensos y pesados y baterías con infusión de groove.

En 2018, los metaleros lanzaron su primera demo, Songs For The Insanity, y sus enérgicas presentaciones en vivo comenzaron a llamar la atención dentro de la comunidad del metal. Sonido duro, acordes fuertes y batería a todo lo que da, comenzamos con una atmosfera en piano y posteriormente una tormenta llena de brutalidad sónica! Excelentes y desgarradores gritos junto a un poderoso riff de Diego Fardel.

Anger is Yours

Seguimos con sonidos fuertes, contundentes y pesados, una canción pesada con melodía muy sólida, ese compas y tempos tienen mucha fuerza, perfecta habilidad musical de Gabe Scapigliati (bajo) y Dave Grosz (batería), se puede escuchar una carga en esos acordes con un poco de groove.

Demons have Demons

Excelentes sonidos, acordes contundentes y muy rudos! Gritos desgarradores y pesados! Una sola escala musical que lleva toda la pista con un excelente riff y solo de guitarra, un hard rock fuerte!

Treatment of Silence

Bajamos un poco la velocidad, un acorde con más extensión y más denso, esos acordes llevan todo el poder en esta súper pista! Guitarra/Bajo con todo el poder y extensión musical.

There is No Tomorrow

Una entrada musical similar a la pista anterior, fuerte, oscura, agresiva y llena de acordes pesados y filosos como navajas, esos riffs y voces están perfectamente acoplados, uno tras de otros.

The Grave

Iniciamos cargados de acordes/riffs acelerados, batería con más fuerza y potencia, llena de excelentes ritmos densos y brutalidad llena de oscuridad! La parte ultima excelente fuerza, lenta la canción, pero muy pesada!

Don’t Get Close

Aquí nos topamos con un inicio de juego brutal con un compás de acordes y esos cambios en ese pedal con guitarras duras y densas, en combinación de la batería, la voz y la letra nos muestran una batalla a través de la desesperación y la lucha.

I Promise

Una introducción pesada, densa, acordes que dominan toda la pista, batería brutal, un ritmo entre pesado y melódico con vibraciones densas y desgarradoras.

Mi Recomendación

Es un albúm debut lleno de acordes, escalas musicales duras, crudas, fuertes y con mucha habilidad musical, lo podemos disfrutar con cada parte, canción y la habilidad de cada músico, y como trabaja unida la banda DIE EGO, su sonido es oscuro y áspero! Poderosa música con muchos arreglos y acordes muy notables, los riffs no dejaban de sobre salir en cada pista musical, un estilo musical con influencias de Thrash Metal (Old School), Groove, Heavy/Hard Rock sin duda, Culto es una demostración cruda y poderosa de esencia y espíritu tal como ellos lo demuestran!

La voz es desgarradora y brutal, llena de ira y oscuridad! Dentro de la escala musical es perfecta, siempre escuchamos la voz que salta de la tormenta musical densa y pesada, para los fans a los que les gusta las notas ásperas, fuertes, densas con sonidos altos, crudos, contundentes y oscuros Die Ego es tu elección!
