Eventually, the four minstrels of Varus found themselves together to forge a bond of orchestral epicness, uncompromising force, progressive song structures and melodious folk influences. Bound together, it‘s the consolidation of a heavy bass foundation, broad guitar arrangements, tribal drum rhythms, as well as acoustic instruments, like classical transverse flute, Irish Tin Whistle and mandolin. This unique musical style is completed with a wide range of guttural vocals and supplemented with sporadic clean chants.

The lyrics deal with legends and timeless subjects, such as liberty, Romanticism or the art of drinking.

An epic musical entry, full of folk that plumps the skin! Excellent rhythms, very fast and strong tempos! An excellent musical combination, epic, symphonic and pagan !.

Tränk Dein Herz (Ein Fränkisches Gelage I)

Now we have an extremely melodic entry and full of harmonies full of myth and legends with an excellent folk / pagan metal flavor! The sounds full of rich musical combination contrast.

A New Dawn

A musical hymn with hard rock style riffs! The vocals in A New Dawn work magic by combining in unison with guitars, keyboards, and drums, a melodic song full of backing vocals and perfect rhythm.

Ascheregen

A harmonic and atmospheric entrance, with a drama in the background! The guttural voices give it that expected epic drama, and that double bass drum combining the guitar chords gives it a very well-played heaviness and more so when they increase speed.

Ein Lebewohl

Now they surprise us with a slightly more acoustic entry and the folk elements that stand out, deeper and longer chords, musical notes with slightly longer times and the voice adjusts very well to the time the performance is born and grows!

Wandel Der Zeit

A more categorical and passionate musical entry, perhaps a ballad with the band's stamp and style, embodied in the emotions that can be felt with the sound of the flute, heavy and more concentrated chords, the drums reinforce that power along with the harrowing voice and deep that lies in every passing note.

The Minstrel´s Chant

An acoustic combination full of its own style with epic notes and an allegorical and enthusiastic narrative that tells us an ethereal passage full of accompanying choirs, a melodic song, flute sounds with simplicity and very forceful.

Die Letzte Schenke (Ein Fränkisches Gelage II)

Excellent closing of this majestic album full of Folk Metal, full of fluidity and myth together and a powerful voice that tells us these beautiful melodic passages! A very fast and super melodic / harmonic song!

My Recomendation

It is an excellent album full of musical harmony, passages and sounds full of elaborate execution! An epic folk with choral elements, symphonies full of speed! We have melody, very catchy choruses, musically it is a very mature album extremely diverse combination of lyrics and music full of myth, vivacious with energetic and somber musical notes, melodic songs with supernatural grunts that give each song a unique style and seal.

An excellent Folk Epic Metal with this album that Varus band gave us! To toast with a few beers that it's time to tell a great story! If you are a fan of bands like Ensiferum, Eluveitie, Finntroll, Korpiklaani among other bands, you will love this album!

The Voice

The voice, the guttural or supernatural grunts, normal or full of an overflowing passion is a great guide! Throughout the album it is maintained with the same force and forcefulness, the voice with a Death Metal style gives it a lot of strength and power.

Finalmente, los cuatro trovadores de Varus se encontraron para forjar un vínculo de épica orquestal, fuerza intransigente, estructuras de canciones progresivas e influencias populares melodiosas. En conjunto, es la consolidación de una base de bajo pesado, arreglos amplios de guitarra, ritmos de batería tribales, así como instrumentos acústicos, como flauta transversal clásica, silbato de hojalata irlandés y mandolina. Este estilo musical único se completa con una amplia gama de voces guturales y se complementa con cantos esporádicos y limpios.

La letra trata sobre leyendas y temas a temporales, como la libertad, el romanticismo o el arte de beber.

Una entrada musical épica, llena de folk que enchina la piel! Excelentes ritmos, tempos muy rápidos y con mucha fuerza! Un combinado musical excelente, épico, sinfónico y pagano!.

Ahora tenemos una entrada sumamente melódica y llena de armonías llenas de mito y leyendas con un sabor folk/pagan metal excelente! Contrastan los sonidos llenos de rica combinación musical.

A New Dawn

Un himno musical con riffs con estilo hard rock! Las voces en A New Dawn hacen magia al combinarse al unísono con guitarras, teclados y batería, una canción melódica llena de coros y ritmo perfecto.

Ascheregen

Una entrada armónica y atmosférica, con un drama en el fondo! Las voces guturales le dan ese dramatismo épico esperado, y ese doble bombo combinando los acordes de las guitarras le da una pesadez muy bien interpretada y más cuando aumentan la velocidad.

Ein Lebewohl

Ahora nos sorprenden con una entrada un poco más acústica y los elementos folclóricos que destacan, acordes más profundos y largos, notas musicales con tiempos un poco más largos y la voz se ajusta muy bien al tiempo que nace y crece la interpretación!

Wandel Der Zeit

Una entrada musical más categórica y pasional, quizás una balada con el sello y estilo de la banda, encarnada en las emociones que se logra sentir con el sonido de flauta, acordes pesados y más concentrados, la batería refuerza esa potencia junto a la voz desgarradora y profunda que yace en cada nota que pasa.

The Minstrel´s Chant

Una combinación acústica llena del estilo propio con notas épicas y una narrativa alegórica y entusiasta que nos cuenta un pasaje etéreo lleno de coros que acompañan, una canción melódica, sonidos de flauta con sencillez y muy contundente.

Excelente cierre de este majestuoso albúm lleno de Metal folclórico, lleno de fluidez y mito en conjunto y una poderosa voz que nos cuenta estos bellos pasajes melódicos! Una canción muy rápida y súper melódica/ armónica!

Mi Recomendación

Es un excelente albúm lleno de armonía musical, pasajes y sonidos llenos de ejecución muy bien elaborada! Un folk lleno de épica con elementos corales, sinfónicos llenos de velocidad! Tenemos melodía, coros muy pegadizos, musicalmente es un albúm muy maduro extremadamente diverso combinación de letras y música llena de mito, vivaces con notas musicales enérgicas y sombrías, cantos melódicos con gruñidos sobrenaturales que a cada canción le da un estilo y sello único.

Un Folk Epic Metal excelente con este albúm que nos dio Varus band! A brindar con unas cervezas que es hora de contar una gran historia! Si eres fan de bandas como Ensiferum, Eluveitie, Finntroll, Korpiklaani entre otras banda más este album te encantara!

La Voz

La voz, los guturales o gruñidos sobrenaturales, normales o llenos de una pasión desbordante es una gran guía! En todo el albúm se mantiene con la misma fuerza y contundencia, la voz con un estilo Death Metal le da mucha fuerza y potencia.
