For Once My Name

A dramatic, melodic, soft and dark musical opening, the guttural voice with a constant beat with a short chorus accentuates the musically dense part.

Shade of a Lowering Star

A musical beginning with a soft piano note, then a dense and strong chord line and drums with double drums with greater speed and forcefulness, sound changes and later rhythm as at the beginning.

A very melodic musical beginning, more harmonic and catchy, the guttural voice making itself present in a ghostly, dark and powerful way!

The Great Nothing pt. 1 Of Seeking and Straying

We have the first movement of this song divided into three parts, sounds with somewhat electronic sequences that come from a low tone of sound to a strong scale, dense and with speed, the drums and guitar lines with everything, in the middle of the song opening with a melodic death.

The Great Nothing pt. 2 The Reliever

Second movement of this song, with a more acoustic style on the guitar at the beginning, in combination of constant guitar chords and a battery with power that goes from low to high as the musical track progresses.

The Great Nothing pt. 3 Pursuers of Absolution

Third movement with an epic, symphonic and orchestral closure, with a piano as the main protagonist, with slow and low musical scales, which later we learn with explosive and strong chords with that orchestral cut in detail.

My Recomendation

Nightland with this third musical release "The Great Nothing" for this November 19 by Scarlet Records. They leave us a Symphonic, Epic, Orchestral and Dark album, throughout the album there are passages with solo and riff of passionate and dramatic guitars as in For Once My Name, quite a few choruses as in Shade of a Lowering Star, other solos and dramatic riffs and epic like in The Reliever with a great musical structure in combination of a Melodic Death or Symphonic Death Metal without a doubt, explosive riffs in stronger movements and dreamlike atmospheres with fantasy enriched by massive orchestral arrangements. The throaty vocals along with the powerful choruses further magnify and accentuate the dark, strong and powerful lyrical content, making the overall album in its darkest depths unique, elegant and sensational for this handling of musical arrangements.

In fact, we can mention other great exponents within the same genre such as Eternal Tears of Sorrow, Dark Lunacy, Septic Flesh, Wintersun, Fleshgod Apocalypse among others, so if you love this musical style this album is for you!

Inicio abrumador acordes potentes, orquestal, un excelente trabajo de guitarras y orquestación de fondo, posteriormente el doble pedal con aumento de velocidad, escalas graves, constantes en compañía de coros y voz gutural excelente!

For Once My Name

Un inicio musical dramático, melódico, suave y oscuro, la voz gutural con un compás constante con un coro breve acentúa la parte densa musicalmente.

Shade of a Lowering Star

Un inicio musical con nota suave a piano, después línea de acordes y batería densa y fuerte con doble de batería con mayor rapidez y contundencia, cambios de sonido y ritmo posterior como al inicio.

Un inicio musical muy melódico, mas armónico y pegadizo, la voz gutural haciéndose presente de manera fantasmal, oscura y poderosa!

Tenemos el primer movimiento de esta canción partida en tres partes, sonidos con secuencias un poco electrónicas que vienen desde un tono bajo de sonido hasta alcanzar una escala fuerte, densa y con velocidad, la batería y líneas de guitarras con todo, a la mitad de la canción abriendo con un melodic death.

The Great Nothing pt. 2 The Reliever

Segundo movimiento de esta canción, con un estilo más acústico en la guitarra al inicio, en combinación de acordes constantes de guitarra y una batería con potencia que va de menor a mayor escala conforme avanza la pista musical.

The Great Nothing pt. 3 Pursuers of Absolution

Tercer movimiento con una clausura épica, sinfónica y orquestal, con un piano como el protagonista principal, con escalas musicales lentas y bajas, que después nos aprenden con unos acordes explosivos y fuertes con ese corte orquestal a detalle.

Mi Recomendación

Nightland con este tercer lanzamiento musical "The Great Nothing" para este 19 de noviembre por Scarlet Records. Nos dejan un albúm Sinfónico, Épico, Orquestal y Oscuro, en todo el albúm hay pasajes con solos y riff de guitarras apasionados y dramáticos como en For Once My Name, bastantes coros como en Shade of a Lowering Star, otros solos y riffs dramáticos y épicos como en The Reliever con una gran estructura musical en combinación de un Melodic Death o Death Metal Sinfónico sin duda, riffs explosivos en movimientos más fuertes y atmósferas de ensueño con fantasía enriquecidas de arreglos orquestales masivos. Las voces guturales junto con los coros poderosos magnifican y acentúan más el contenido lírico oscuro, fuerte y potente, haciendo que el albúm en general en sus profundidades más oscuras sea único, elegante y sensacional por este manejo de arreglos musicales.
