The Portuguese symphonic metal band GLASYA, after its first appearance last year with the single and the video Heaven's Demise, which received an excellent reception from the public and the press, with the single as part of the Symphonic & Opera Metal Vol. 5, Together with bands like EPICA, KAMELOT ... this year they released their debut album of the German label PRIDE & JOY MUSIC on July 12.
Heaven's Demise is composed of 10 songs in which the band explores various themes and dynamics, always with a cinematic feeling, ranging from Celtic, Asian, medieval and orchestral music. The lyrics emphasize the daily struggle of the man who tries to conquer his space in the world, his conquests, his defeats and the strength to try again and fight.
Heaven's Demise has four guests, the voices of Paulo Gonçalves de Trago, Flávio Flávio Lino of Deadlyforce, Nélson Raposo, a dubbing professional and the violinist Inna Calori.
The album was mixed and mastered by Fernando Matias in The Pentagon Audio Manufacturers Studios, which has already worked with bands like Moonspell, Bizarra Locomotiva, Gwydion, among others.

Heaven’s Demise
Excellent entry with a melodic and rhythmic Symphonic / Power Metal, guitars, drums and keyboards, blunt, heavy and strong, I like the guitar riff, it just gives it a touch even with more power metal! Eduarda's voice has a special timbre and tessellation. I must emphasize that it fits with the musical scale.
Ignis Sanctus
An entrance with a very different personality, even stronger the symphonic parts and the accompanying voices, Eduarda's voice accompanies with a beautiful soft and perfect perfect timbre, accompanied by small guttural and clean male voice, which give more drama to the song.
Coronation of A Beggar
That a musical entrance! Symphonic, lyrical voices, with a splendid falsetto of Eduarda and a sound at the entrance like an allegro which opens us to a soft melody, melodic and with a more symphonic contribution, for the time of exposure of Eduarda's voice, ending with A very tentative narrative.

Eternal Winter
Excellent entry following the previous line with strength and personality each song, introduction with the beautiful voice of rhythmic, melodic and super symphonic Eduarda! Powerful instrumental sound with a great guitar solo riff! Perfect Symphonic and Gutural Voices.
Birth of An Angel
A very soft entrance, the acoustic track in its initial part, later the bluntness of the guitars and drums, is an integral part of some album because it gives us the opportunity to hear the voice of the clean singer and with the scales that she manages masterfully, a ballad In the final part with a guitar solo and a final acoustic part.
The Last Dying Sun
Another super blunt song! Starting with guttural voices in an interlude and rhythm, where the guitar a little turned off when the sounds and drums are mixed mark the tempo. Energetic and strong! Rich in lyrical songs of the beautiful voice of Eduarda and guttural that are combined with a darker atmosphere at times.
Neverland

My Recomendation
It is an album with a lot of musical creativity! With Energy, powerful, melodic, instrumental, with beautiful operatic voice! A sound that reminds us of more than one at the beginning of Nightwish and Vision of Atlantis, and some current bands such as Temperance of Italy, a Modern Metal but without losing the classic touch of a true Metal, I am also surprised to be their first The band's album has a lot of potential, in some songs it has excellent drum work, with a double pedal accompanied by guitar riffs with a heavy metal very typical of the band, it has a mix of interesting sounds and styles, medieval to an Asian part that could be heard, Glasya has a genuinely interesting album with these musical styles and talent from beginning to end, with a more dramatic Symphonic / Power Metal, even more melodic and because not cinematic.
If the Glasya band manages to combine gloriously to achieve a powerful experience that has emotion on each track, it has its own sound. The voices are exciting, the blunt guitars as I said before, a wonderful bass, the drums constantly in a virtually synchronized and strong rhythm, of course with interesting symphonies, have their own originality but with musical influences that make themselves felt. In the production, the performance is perfect and the mix leaves enough space in tempos for the orchestral and metal elements of the album at the same time, it is a continuous album because it links well one song after another, makes perfect concatenation, one of the few albums in which I hear this.
The Voice
Eduarda Soeiro has an excellent voice! Tessitura soft and beautiful timbre, a clear sample of how trained your voice has and congratulate you! Excellent ranges in notes more than anything in the high notes, with record well coupled with the musical counterpart we could say that it reaches the voices of Tarja Turunen, and Nicole Bogner (R.I.P) for its clear vocal influence, I could say that it is a Mezzo soprano light. Clean and guttural male voices come into action with strong contrast to Eduarda Soeiro's beautiful voice to give more emphasis to the song!

La banda portuguesa de metal sinfónico GLASYA, después de su primera aparición el año pasado con el sencillo y el video Heaven's Demise, que recibió una excelente recepción del público y la prensa, con el sencillo como parte del Symphonic & Opera Metal Vol. 5, junto a bandas como EPICA, KAMELOT ... lanzo este año su álbum debut del sello alemán PRIDE & JOY MUSIC el 12 de julio.
Heaven's Demise está compuesta por 10 canciones en las que la banda explora diversos temas y dinámicas, siempre con un sentimiento cinematográfico, que van desde música celta, asiática, medieval y orquestal. Las letras enfatizan la lucha diaria del hombre que trata de conquistar su espacio en el mundo, sus conquistas, sus derrotas y la fuerza para intentar nuevamente y luchar.
Heaven's Demise cuenta con cuatro invitados, las voces de Paulo Gonçalves de Rasgo, Flávio Flávio Lino de Deadlyforce, Nélson Raposo, un profesional de doblaje y la violinista Inna Calori.
El álbum fue mezclado y masterizado por Fernando Matias en The Pentagon Audio Manufacturers Studios, que ya trabajó con bandas como Moonspell, Bizarra Locomotiva, Gwydion, entre otras.

Vamos a la Reseña!
Heaven’s Demise
Excelente entrada con un Symphonic/Power Metal melódico y rítmico, guitarras, batería y teclados, contundentes, pesadas y fuertes, me gusta el riff de guitarra, el solo le da un toque aun con más power metal! La voz de Eduarda tiene un timbre y tesitura especial debo de recalcar se ajusta con la escala musical.
Ignis Sanctus
Una entrada con una personalidad muy diferente, aun mas fuerte las partes sinfónicas y las voces que acompañan, la voz de Eduarda acompaña con un hermoso timbre suave y agudo perfecto, acompañada de pequeños guturales y voz limpia masculina, la cual le dan más dramatismo a la canción.
Coronation of A Beggar
Qué entrada! Sinfónica, voces líricas, con un espléndido falsete de Eduarda y un sonido en la entrada a un allegro el cual nos abre a una melodía suave, melódica y con un aporte más sinfónico, por el tiempo de exposición de la voz de Eduarda, terminando con una narrativa muy tentativa.
Glasya
Con un estilo y sonidos árabes orquestales, y sonidos contundentes de guitarra, bajo y batería. También podemos escuchar en conjunto voz masculina limpia acoplándose en la escala a la voz de Eduarda con estilo Power/Symphonic Metal netamente, registros bajos y altos por momentos! Excelente combinación musical y voces! Trasmiten lo que ambos cantan con contundencia!
Eternal Winter
Excelente entrada siguiendo la línea anterior con fuerza y personalidad cada canción, introducción con la bella voz de Eduarda rítmica, melódica y súper sinfónica! Sonido instrumental potente con un riff solo de guitarra genial! Voces Sinfónicas y Guturales perfectas.
Birth of An Angel
Una entrada muy suave, la pista acústica en su parte inicial, posteriormente la contundencia de las guitarras y batería, es una parte integral de algunos albúm porque nos da la oportunidad de escuchar la voz de la cantante limpia y con las escalas que maneja magistralmente, una balada. En la parte final con un solo de guitarra y una parte acústica final.
The Last Dying Sun
Otra canción súper contundente! Iniciando con voces guturales en un interludio y ritmo, en donde la guitarra un poco apagadas al mezclarse los sonidos y batería marcan el tempo. Energética y fuerte! Rica en cantos liricos de la bella voz de Eduarda y guturales que se conjuntan con una atmosfera más oscura por momentos.
Neverland
Una entrada lenta y pesada, la voz de Eduarda entra en acción! Batería contundente y un seguimiento de la voz de Eduarda bien sincronizado, Un interludio de un súper riff! suave en la combinación de voces melódicas y sinfónica de Eduarda en la parte final.
No Exit From Myself
Una canción con mayor composición emocional, mayor la escala por momentos de la voz de Eduarda combinando voz masculina de fondo, y un solo de guitarra con mucho sentimiento que la acompaña.
A Thought of You
Tal como dice la parte final, cerrando con este gran trabajo musical y vocal, se da término con esta composición instrumental, cerrando una travesía Symphonic/Power Metal nueva y magistral.
Mi Recomendación
Es un albúm con mucha creatividad musical! Con Energía, potente, melódico, instrumental, con voz Operística hermosa! Un sonido que nos recuerda a más de uno a los inicios de Nightwish y de Visión of Atlantis, y a algunas bandas actuales como Temperance de Italia, un Metal Moderno pero sin perder el toque clásico de un verdadero Metal, Además me sorprende el ser su primer disco de la banda tienen mucho potencial, en algunas canciones tiene excelente trabajo de batería, con doble pedal acompañado de riffs de guitarra con un heavy metal muy propio de la banda, tiene una mezcla de sonidos y estilos interesantes, medieval hasta una parte asiática que se pudo escuchar, Glasya tiene un álbum genuinamente interesante con estos estilos musicales y talento de principio a fin, con un Symphonic/Power Metal más dramático, aun mas melódico y porque no cinematográfico.
Si la banda Glasya logra conjuntar gloriosamente para lograr una experiencia potente que tiene emoción en cada pista, tiene un sonido propio. Las voces son apasionantes, las guitarras contundentes como dije anteriormente, un bajo maravilloso, la batería constantemente en ritmo virtualmente sincronizado y fuerte, por supuesto con las sinfonías interesantes, tienen una originalidad propia pero con influencias musicales que se hacen sentir. En la producción es perfecta la ejecución y la mezcla deja suficiente espacio en tempos para los elementos de orquesta y metal del álbum en el mismo tiempo, es un albúm continuo porque enlaza bien una canción tras otra, hace perfecta concatenación, uno de los pocos albums en que escucho esto.
La Voz
Eduarda Soeiro tiene una excelente voz! Tesitura suave y timbre hermoso, una clara muestra de que tan entrenada tiene su voz y la felicito! Rangos excelentes en notas más que nada en las notas altas, con registro bien acoplado junto a la contraparte musical podríamos decir que alcanza a las voces de Tarja Turunen, y de Nicole Bogner (R.I.P) por su clara influencia vocal, podría decir que es una Mezzo soprano ligera. Las voces masculinas limpias y guturales entran en acción con fuerte contraste a la bella voz de Eduarda Soeiro para darle más énfasis a la canción!
