Greetings, my friends! I leave this new interview with our friend Dimitra Panariti! from Greece, when the band surprised us with this new!

 

Meden Agan were formed back in November 2005 in Paris, France by guitarist Diman Koutsogiannopoulos. Their first demo was released in April 2006 and after they made their own history! and here is the voice that speaks through them!

How are you? You are an talented and woman of carácter! I see in your eyes

 

Hello my friend and thank you for your kind words and this interview!

 

Tell us, who is Dimitra in this moment, with Meden Agan band?

 

We are working really hard at the moment.We performed at two live shows in south Greece and we have an upcoming tour in April in four other cities. We are also writing new material for the upcoming record,hopefully to be realeased in early 2017.

 

Tell us about your musical career? As began your career as vocalist?

 

I started my musical training and education at a very early age.I went to music school and high school, graduated with scolarship to a greek music Academy and I haven`t stopped learning ever since!

 

What are your musical influences? Only Metal or Rock or some other?

 

I love classical music and musicals, most of metal genres, rock and blues and try to keep an open mind to anything new to my ears.

 

Do you like any particular style and why?

 

Well,symphonic metal obviously! It brings together to simingly different worlds- metal and classical- in such harmony that actually proves that music has no boundaries,limits or any reason to differenciate  fans. I also listen to a lot of brutal/scream/death type of vocals.It is something I really admire but cannot do myself.

 

Do you have others proyects?

 

I have a few propositions to be honest,but I really want to devote myself to Meden Agan give 110% to live shows and to be a creative part of our best record!  

 

Tell us about what are the plan of work for this year with your band?

 

The immediate plans are four live shows in Agrinio with Innerwish, in Athens, Larissa and Thessaloniki. After these shows,we`ll focus on the new record.

 

Do you participate with the lyrics of new songs for the new álbum of your band?

 

I mainly deal with the vocal melodies and just pitch in ideas for the lyrics.

 

There will be some new video with Meden Agan again? This time with you

 

Oh,definately! Hopefully it is going to come out around the new album`s pre-release and I think it is going to be a pleasant surprise!

 

That has surprises for us Dimitra with Meden Agan band?

 

If I told you,they wouldn`t be surprises right? Ha,ha! Seriously though,there are some cool stuff being developed and I really believe that our fans will be amazing!

 

Some new tour in Europe?

 

Nothing more than what I`ve already said,but when the new record comes out we will try do a European tour and try our best to visit as many countries as possible.

Saludos mis amigos! les dejo esta nueva entrevista con nuestra amiga Dimitra Panariti! desde Grecia, cuando la banda nos sorprendió con esta noticia!

 

Meden Agan se formó en noviembre de 2005 en París, Francia por el guitarrista Diman Koutsogiannopoulos. Su primer demo fue lanzado en abril de 2006 después ellos hicieron su propia historia! y aquí tiene la voz que habla atraves de ellos!

 

Muchas gracias mi amiga por esta oportunidad! Eres una mujer muy talentosa y de mucho carácter, lo puedo ver en tus ojos. Como has estado?

 

Hola amigo! Estoy muy bien. Gracias por tus palabras tan amables y por esta entrevista!

 

Cuéntanos, Quien es Dimitra en este momento? Con la banda Meden Agan!

 

Estamos trabajando mucho en estos momentos. Nos presentamos recientemente al sur de Grecia y tenemos próximas fechas para un Tour en Abril en varias ciudades.

También estamos escribiendo material nuevo para el siguiente disco y esperamos lanzarlo a principios de 2017.

 

Cuéntanos un poco sobre tu carrera musical. Como fueron tus inicios?

 

Comencé my entrenamiento musical y mi educación a muy temprana edad.

Asistí al bachillerato y a una escuela de música, me gradué con una beca para estudiar en la academia de música griega y no he parado desde entonces!. 

 

Cuales son tus influencias musicales? Solo metal y rock? Algún otro género?

 

Me encanta la música clásica y los musicales. Me gustan casi todos los géneros de metal, rock y blues.

 

Trato de mantener la mente abierta a cualquier cosa nueva para mis oídos!

 

Te gustan algún estilo en particular? Porque?

 

Bien, diría que evidentemente el metal sinfónico.

Logra reunir a dos mundos aparentemente diferentes (metal y clásico) logra tal armonía y demuestra que la música no tiene límites ni razones para diferenciarse entre fans.

También me gusta escuchar mucha música del tipo Brutal, Scream y Death. Me agradan esas voces y las admiro mucho, pero no puedo hacerlas.

 

Tienes algún otro proyecto?

 

Para ser honesta, tengo algunas propuestas.

Pero en este momento me quiero dedicar al 110% a mi banda Meden Agan. Entregarme por completo en los shows y ser parte del proceso creativo de nuestro siguiente álbum.

 

Cuéntanos, que planes tienes con tu banda para este año?

 

Nuestros planes inmediatos son cuatro presentaciones en Agrinio, Atenas con el grupo Innerwish, Larissa y Thessaloniki.

 

Después de esos shows, nos concentraremos en el nuevo álbum.

 

Participaste en la creación de letras para las nuevas canciones de tu banda?

 

Yo soy quien principalmente trabaja en las melodías vocales, y también aporto ideas para las letras.

 

Habrá algún video nuevo de Meden Agan?

 

Claro que sí! Ojala y salga justo antes del pre lanzamiento del álbum y siento que será una agradable sorpresa.

 

Que otras sorpresas tiene Dimitra con la banda?

 

Si te lo dijera ya no sería sorpresa o sí? Haha de verdad! Hay cosas geniales que se están desarrollando y sé que nuestros fans quedaran asombrados!

 

Habrá algún tour por Europa?

 

Solamente lo que ya mencione anteriormente, pero cuando salga nuestro siguiente álbum esperamos hacer un tour por Europa.

 

Trataremos de visitar tantos países como nos sea posible.
