Greetings my dear readers , this time made me interesting that was bringing us surprises Cadaveria our friend here for his tour in Latin America.

see a bit of its history.

 

Cadaveria the group is formed by the output Cadaveria Opera IX ( ex vocalist ) and Flegias ( ex  drummer ) , this in 2001 . After this, both form the band, along with Frank Booth , Killer Bob and Baron Harkonnen , this great Italian band has a unique blend of symphonic gothic metal with doom and black ! which is not the conventional sound! and among many disks you can hear , which makes this band so special

After having spent recent years in promoting and live shows in countries in Europe and Latin America tour now CADAVERIA is ready to deal with future commitments and his second guitarist Dick Laurent, has joined the combination. The quintet finished with their fourth full-length album, entitled " Horror Metal", released on January 31, 2012 (Bakerteam Records). A new era of blood, pain and darkness has begun! and here I leave to Cadaveria that she tell us.

¿Cadaveria who is behind the scenes?

Since the release of our latest album “Horror Metal” in January 2012 I never stopped working with the band: interviews, promotion, merchandising, music videos, tours and a recent DVD. I can really say there are very few behind the scenes moments in my life as I’m constantly concentrated on music.

 

¿Tell us five male and female vocalists who are your inspiration? Which was formed your style.

My favourite singers are MJ Keenan from Tool and Skin from Skunk Anansie, but I cannot say they are a source of inspiration. I have a particular voice that switches from growl to clean passing through the screaming. I do training on my own, this helps me to better know my potentialities and to design my path. I always find the way inside me.

 

¿Cadaveria who has been in this year, which surprise will bring us, in your tour?

2013 has been a year full of news and success. We have reprinted the debut album “The Shadows’ Madame” with a new mastering and artwork and also Horror Metal saw a new edition (the Undead Edition) in May, featuring two bonus tracks. On October 22nd our first ever DVD entitled “Karma” has seen the light after a long work of selection and editing. Finally we are back from some great live experiences like the Belgian Metal Female Voices Fest and the Latin American tour in Ecuador and Mexico. We are very excited for all these goals we reached and we are ready to start the pre-production of the new record with a great energy.  

 

¿How you've done this year with so much that happened in Europe, economically speaking, this has affected the band?

 

Italians are used to make shift and go on. The economic crisis is a global matter that is affecting the music business too. All bands are trying to keep afloat. Fortunately we have a great passion for what we do, and this helps us to go ahead and never turn back. If you stop you are lost.

 

¿Tell us a little about your album ' Horror Metal' that style to show us your work?

 

“Horror Metal” is the most obscure album CADAVERIA has released so far. It marked our return on the scenes after five years of absence and I can say fans and critics were united in saying it is our best album ever. Surely it is the one that better represents the current style of the band, a mix of Death, Black and Doom inspired by horror movies, nightmares, cemetery stuff and darkness. All this is merged with a dose of sickness and insanity. The eleven songs featured in Horror Metal are plunged in the fog, mud and dust.

 

¿Who wrote the songs?

I’m the responsible of all the lyrics while the music has been written in cooperation with the guitarist Dick Laurent. Killer Bob cared about the recording, mixing and mastering, while Marcelo Santos and Frank Booth are the masters of the arrangements.

 

¿This has been the best of your albums, your personal opinion and why?

I like all the record we released so far as each one represents a specific period of my live and of my career. Being the most recent, Horror Metal is the one I love most. Songs like Flowers in Fire, The Days of the after and Behind and Death Vision have a great impact on stage and I’m always glad to sing them live. Horror Metal is the result of a band that worked hard and seriously and that has now reached a proper and personal style. It is the album of our maturity, but this doesn’t mean we will sleep on this, rather it is a point to start from and to go ahead with new ideas, improvements and experimentations.

 

¿You think you have the Latin American public with this style of music?

When we make music we don’t think about attracting a specific segment of fans, we compose music guided by our emotions. However it is undeniable that every album we release is warmly welcomed in Latin America and the recent tour in Mexico and Ecuador has confirmed this trend. I was curious about this so I asked directly Mexican people: they answered me they love this mix of styles we play and the fact our music is powerful and direct but you can always perceive a melody in it.

 

¿That musical influence has more Cadaveria, Black- Doom or Goth? Is difficult to combine these styles?

I really don’t know, as I said we create music inspired by our feelings, by our visions. We are not interested in labelling our genre and there is no formula like 50% of Black and 50% of Doom. This would be absurd. We are CADAVERIA and we play CADAVERIA music. If you like you can call it Horror Metal.

 

¿You would like to experiment with some heavier musical style as Black Death? ¡Look great and have a voice!

We put no boundaries to our creativity. Black and Death elements are already part of our style.

 

¿What is the reason for which you feel identified by the dark, the mystical, the supernatural and the occult?

It is something very personal that comes from the inside. I feel attracted by all what is hidden and unknown and by all contradictions and opposites. I’m darkness, I’m light.

 

¿Certainly there are rumors that they will revive the first or second album next year. Is that true?

¿You are preparing a new version. dvd "Karma " , which will be released in October and will be the first DVD of the band's career?  ¿What a surprise we have the dvd?

 

There are many and many surprises in this retrospective double DVD. Fans will not be disappointed. The disc one features our complete videography and the making of the music videos. People will see the band at work as video makers and creating the make-up and the pictures of the album covers. There is a lot of unseen material in it: the band in the recording studio, photo sessions, behind the scenes... The disc two focuses on our live activity from 2009 to 2013. There are extracts from many concerts we did in Italy, Mexico, Romania, France... and you will be able to come in the tour bust and live some authentic on-the-road live moments!

 

¿When we have new material? ¡Heavier! ¡Darker!

We will start the pre-production of the new album in December, so we can say 2014 will be the year! Yes, the new material will be heavy and dark for sure!

Saludos mis queridos lectores , esta vez me hizo interesante la atrayente banda y sorprendente Cadaveria aquí en su gira en América Latina.

un poco de su historia.

 

Cadaveria el grupo está formado por la salida de Cadaveria Opera IX ( ex vocalista ) y Flegias ( ex batería ) , esto en 2001 . Después de esto, ambos forman la banda, junto con Frank Booth, Killer Bob y el Barón Harkonnen , esta gran banda italiana tiene una mezcla única de metal gótico sinfónico con la condenación y negro ! que no es el sonido convencional ! y entre muchos discos se puede escuchar , lo que hace esta banda tan especial

Después de haber pasado los últimos años en la promoción y shows en vivo en los países de Europa y América Latina gira ahora CADAVERIA está listo para hacer frente a los compromisos futuros y su segundo guitarrista Dick Laurent, se ha unido a la combinación. El quinteto terminó con su cuarto álbum de larga duración , titulado " Horror Metal" , publicado el 31 de enero 2012 ( Bakerteam Records) . Una nueva era de la sangre , el dolor y la oscuridad ha comenzado! y aquí lo dejo a Cadaveria que ella nos dice .

¿ Cadaveria quién está detrás de la escena?

Desde el lanzamiento de nuestro último disco "Metal Horror" en enero de 2012 nunca dejé de trabajar con la banda : entrevistas , promociones, merchandising , videos musicales, excursiones y un DVD reciente. Realmente puedo decir que hay muy pocos entre bambalinas momentos en mi vida como yo estoy constantemente concentrado en la música.

 

¿ Cuéntanos cinco vocalistas masculinos y femeninos que son su fuente de inspiración ? Que se formó a su estilo.

Mis cantantes favoritos son MJ Keenan de Tool y la piel de Skunk Anansie , pero no pueden decir que son una fuente de inspiración . Tengo una voz particular que cambia de gruñido para limpiar paso por los gritos. Yo entrenando por mi cuenta, esto me ayuda a conocer mejor a mis potencialidades y diseñar mi camino. Siempre me pareció el camino dentro de mí.

 

¿ Cadaveria que ha sido en este año que paso, que sorpresa nos traerá , en su gira?

2013 ha sido un año lleno de noticias y éxito. Hemos reeditado el álbum debut " The Shadows ' Madame " con una nueva masterización y obras de arte , y también Horror metal vio una nueva edición ( la Undead Edition) en mayo, con dos bonus tracks . El 22 de octubre de nuestro primer DVD jamás titulado "Karma" ha visto la luz después de un largo trabajo de selección y edición. Finalmente estamos de vuelta de algunas grandes experiencias en vivo como el belga Metal Female Voices Fest y la gira latinoamericana en Ecuador y México . Estamos muy emocionados por todas estas metas a las que llegamos y estamos listos para iniciar la pre -producción del nuevo disco con una gran energía.

 

¿ Cómo lo has hecho este año que paso, con tanto que sucedió en Europa , en términos económicos , esto ha afectado a la banda?

 

Los italianos se utilizan para hacer cambios y continuar. La crisis económica es un asunto global que está afectando a la industria de la música también. Todas las bandas están tratando de mantenerse a flote . Afortunadamente contamos con una gran pasión por lo que hacemos, y esto nos ayuda a seguir adelante y nunca volver atrás. Si usted deja que está perdido .

 

¿ Cuéntanos un poco acerca de su álbum ' Horror Metal' ese estilo para mostrarnos su trabajo?

 

" Horror Metal" es el álbum más oscuro CADAVERIA ha lanzado hasta ahora . Esto marcó el regreso en los escenarios después de cinco años de ausencia y puedo decir que los fans y los críticos estaban unidos en decir que es nuestro mejor disco de la historia . Sin duda, es el que mejor representa el estilo actual de la banda , una mezcla de la Muerte, Negro y condenación inspirado en las películas de terror , pesadillas, cosas cementerio y la oscuridad. Todo esto se combina con una dosis de la enfermedad y la locura. Las once canciones que aparecen en Horror metal se sumergen en la niebla , el barro y el polvo.

 

¿ Quién escribió las canciones?

Soy el responsable de todas las letras , mientras que la música ha sido escrito en colaboración con el guitarrista Dick Laurent. Killer Bob se preocupaba por la grabación, mezcla y masterización , mientras que Marcelo Santos y Frank stand son los amos de los arreglos.

 

¿ Esta ha sido la mejor de sus álbumes, su opinión personal y por qué?

Me gustan todos los registros estrenamos la medida en que cada uno de ellos representa un período específico de mi vida y de mi carrera. Siendo el más reciente , Horror metal es el que más me gusta . Canciones como Flores en Fuego , Los Días del después y detrás y Muerte Vision tienen un gran impacto en el escenario y siempre estoy contento de cantar en vivo. Horror metal es el resultado de una banda que trabajaron duro y serio y que ahora ha alcanzado un estilo propio y personal. Es el álbum de nuestra madurez , pero esto no significa que vayamos a dormir en esto, sino que es un punto para comenzar el viaje y seguir adelante con nuevas ideas , mejoras y experimentaciones .

 

¿ Usted cree que tiene el público de América Latina con este estilo de música ?

Cuando hacemos música que no pensamos en atraer a un segmento específico de fans, componemos música guiada por nuestras emociones . Sin embargo, es innegable que cada álbum que lanzamos sido muy bien acogido en América Latina y la reciente gira por México y Ecuador ha confirmado esta tendencia. Tenía curiosidad acerca de esto, así que pregunté a la gente directamente mexicanos : me contestaron que les encanta esta mezcla de estilos que jugamos y el hecho de que nuestra música es poderosa y directa, pero siempre se puede percibir una melodía en el mismo.

 

¿ Que influencia musical tiene más Cadaveria , Negro Doom o gótico ? ¿Es difícil combinar estos estilos ?

Realmente no lo sé, como ya he dicho , creamos música inspirada en nuestros sentimientos , por nuestras visiones . No estamos interesados ​​en el etiquetado de nuestro género y no hay fórmula como el 50% de Negro y el 50 % de la condenación . Esto sería absurdo. Estamos CADAVERIA y tocamos música CADAVERIA . Si lo desea, puede llamarlo Horror metal .

 

¿ A usted le gustaría experimentar con algún estilo musical más pesado como Negro Muerte? ¡ Diviértase y tener una voz !

Ponemos límites a nuestra creatividad. Elementos Black y Death ya forman parte de nuestro estilo.

 

¿ Cuál es el motivo por el que te sientes identificado por la oscuridad, lo místico, lo sobrenatural y lo oculto?

Es algo muy personal que viene desde el interior. Me siento atraído por todo lo que está oculto y desconocido y por todas las contradicciones y opuestos. Soy la oscuridad , soy la luz.

 

¿ Es cierto que hay rumores de que van a revivir el primer o segundo álbum el próximo año . ¿Es eso cierto ?

¿ Usted se está preparando una nueva versión. dvd " Karma " , que será lanzado en octubre y será el primer DVD de la carrera de la banda? ¿ Qué sorpresa nos tiene el DVD ?

 

Hay muchos y muchas sorpresas en esta retrospectiva doble DVD. Los aficionados no se sentirán decepcionados . El disco cuenta con nuestra videografía completa y la realización de los videos musicales . La gente va a ver a la banda en el trabajo como creadores de vídeo y crear el maquillaje y las fotos de las portadas de discos . Hay una gran cantidad de material no visto en ella : a la banda en el estudio de grabación , sesiones de fotos , detrás de las escenas ... El disco dos se centra en nuestra actividad en directo desde 2009 hasta 2013 . Hay extractos de muchos conciertos que hicimos en Italia, México , Rumania, Francia ... y usted será capaz de entrar en el busto gira y vivir algunos momentos auténticos en vivo en el taller !

 

¿ Cuando tenemos nuevo material ? ¡ Más pesado ! ¡ Más oscuro !

Vamos a iniciar la pre -producción del nuevo álbum en diciembre , por lo que podemos decir 2014 será el año ! Sí , el nuevo material será pesado y oscuro con seguridad!
