I’ve been doing great, thanks!

 

¿Tell us about you Sara! Sara, who is, in this 2015?

 

Well, the easiest thing to say is that I’m Sara Squadrani, the singer of the Epic Symphonic Metal band Ancient Bards, which I’m very proud of. I’m also still a student at University, but I’ll be graduating soon, hopefully!!

 

¿You have a beautiful voice! How was your vocal training?

 

Thank you! I never had an actual training if not being on stage since I was likr 4 years old. I’ve never taken serious lessons but I’m thinking of getting some now, because I still have a long way to go to reach my own standards!

 

¿Which is the history of your álbum A New Dawn Ending?

 

Basically it’s all about the final fight bethween Daltor and Sendor, it gives you some insights on their psycology and their feelings while they fight. Plus, there’s a little twist in in the end, but I can’t spoil it for the people who haven’t listened to it yet!

 

A New Dawn Ending, is a great álbum! For me, your álbum is between the best álbums of the 2014! good production, sound, all! in your own words is a continuous, symphonic or atmospheric álbum?

 

It’s a little bit of everything you said. It’s very symphonic, it has proud choruses with a high presence of choirs, but it’s also very introspective and emotional, so I guess it’s atmospheric too. I like to think that the listener can really live an experience with our music in the ears, picturing what’s happening and emphatize with the characters.

 

¿Which was the experience of working with Fabio Leone?

 

It was exciting, altough we never met as he recorded the song on his own.

 

¿What you're trying of to trasmit with this álbum?

 

As I said before I hope they can embark on a journey, leave their worries behind and just enjoy the story, with its moment of excitement and moments of sadness.

 

¿What means the cover of your álbum?

 

It captures a moment of the fight, the two figures you see are Daltor and Sendor.

 

¿Some new vídeo clip of this great álbum?

 

We’ve been thinking about it, another video is not off the table, but we have so many things to do that I’m afraid a new video is not a priority for now.

 

¿When you come of Tour to Latín América?

 

That’s a good question… we don’t know! We’d love to come to Latin America, we know we have big fans there, so we hope we’ll get the chance to reach them some day soon!

Saludos amigos, tuve la grata fortuna de tener esta oportunidad con una gran cantante y musa! Sara Squadrani, hace un año ella nos brindó un gran álbum! bueno vamos con la entrevista!

¿Es un placer escuchar de ti, dinos como has estado?

 

He estado muy bien, gracias por preguntar

 

Cuéntanos un poco sobre ti

 

Bien, esto es algo muy fácil de decir. Soy Sara Squadrani, cantante de la épica banda de metal sinfónico ‘’ Ancient Bards’’, de la cual estoy muy orgullosa.

 

También soy estudiante de la universidad pero espero graduarme pronto!

 

¿Tienes una hermosa voz, dinos cuál es tu entrenamiento vocal?

 

Gracias! Nunca he tenido un entrenamiento real, solo el haber actuado en escenarios desde los 4 años de edad.

 

Nunca he tomado lecciones pero estoy pensando en tomar unas, porque aún me queda un largo camino hasta alcanzar mis propios estándares.

 

¿Cuál es la historia detrás de tu álbum ‘’A New Dawn Ending’’?

 

Básicamente es sobre la pelea final entre Daltor y Sendor, te da cierta visión sobre su psicología y sus sentimientos mientras pelean.

 

Además, hay un giro inesperado al final pero no puedo revelar nada por si hay gente que aún no lo ha escuchado.

 

A New Dawn Ending es un gran álbum! En mi opinión es uno de los mejores álbumes del 2014. Tiene unja gran producción y gran sonido. Ahora dinos en tus propias palabras, ¿consideras este álbum como sinfónico, continuo o atmosférico?

 

Es un poco de todo lo que mencionas. Es bastante sinfónico, tiene bastantes coros pero al mismo tiempo es emocional, supongo que eso lo hace atmosférico.

 

Me gusta pensar que nuestros oyentes pueden vivir una experiencia con nuestra música, imaginándose lo que sucede y sintiendo empatía por los personajes.

 

¿Cómo fue la experiencia de trabajar con Fabio Leone?

 

Fue emocionante! Aunque nunca nos conocimos, el grabo la canción por su cuenta.

 

¿Qué quieren transmitirnos con este álbum?

 

Como dije antes, espero que la gente emprenda un viaje con nosotros, que dejen atrás sus preocupaciones y que disfruten la historia. Los momentos alegres y también los tristes.

 

¿Qué significa la portada de su álbum?

 

Captura un momento de la pelea, las dos figuras que ven son Daltor y Sendor.

 

¿Habrá algún videoclip nuevo para este álbum?

 

Hemos pensado en eso, pero tenemos tantas cosas pendientes por hacer que por el momento no se podrá realizar.

 

¿Cuándo vendrán a Latino américa?

 

Buena pregunta! No lo sabemos. Nos gustaría venir porque sabemos que tenemos muchos fans ahí, pero esperemos tener una oportunidad para ir.
