Bio
The mexican progressive rock environmental Meliora band presents his "Holistic Journey". 58 minutes of the Meliora album gives a sample of his musical proposal and the skill of its members, with excellent musical training.
Formed in December 2016 by Fabiola Simac (vocalist and violinist), and Uvarigh Alvarado (bassist) is co-founder of Meliora. Son of Carlos Alvarado, member of the Chac Mool band.

"We have worked very hard to fulfill this goal which is the first goal of many more, nothing makes us happier than making music and reaching as many ears as possible!

Resilience
A completely atmospheric, lugubrious and mysterious entrance with a veil full of dark emotions.
Disdain
A light, soft entrance with a seductive violin sound that invites us to travel through melancholy and turbid emotions, guitars and drums going one with the other, a discreet and slow rhythm, the voice of Fabiola makes presence illuminates the path with a melody psychedelic, with an emotion as it says of disappointment and disdain.
First encounter
Excellent entry, lighter, melodic and rhythmic, seductive sounds that invite you to fantasize! A lugubrious journey, with guitars, bass and drums joining one another sounds somewhat erotic that combination! Another beautiful atmospheric melody, that violin that sounds good!
Aftermath
A distinctive touch of the album are the entrances, very atmospheric, full of that seductive sound of a bewitching violin, the combination of Fabiola's beautiful voice with those guitars is dense, strong and direct, a slow and dark rhythm.
Revelation
Another good musical performance where they show off the group's musical abilities, atmospheric and ambient, all the combination of all the instruments with a slow rhythm and with that very characteristic softness.
Ondina
A slower and denser entrance, with the beautiful and heartrending voice of Fabiola, a sad and dark emotion that accompanies a melody full of pain and disdain, here the voice of her and the violin make the whole plot of this song, guitars they join the tears and become discreet and melancholy.
Fractal Space
Totally an entry more full of energy, energetic, melodic and with greater speed, a battery with greater presence and strength, a totally musical track and extensive in time.
Fadeaway.
A melodic closing, something quick and smooth, accompanying us at the end with the seductive voice of Fabiola that invites us to close this Holistic journey full of very emotional music in combination that open the mind and close your eyes to let yourself go with quite progressive sounds and psychedelics.
My Recomendation
It is an emotionally charged album, with a good Psychedelic Progressive Rock, combining Jazz, Blues, many of the sounds that make the mind explode, musically well done, structured, I think that of the few bands in México that manage to execute this type of sounds, is an introspection to the human feelings and demons of the day to day as our friend Fabiola says, dense and dark and great sounds! A Space Rock with that style, developing a mixture of lysergic sounds of a psychedelic rock with complex progressive structures, with some interesting keyboards and "futuristic" sound effects, a very atmospheric album, which are present this combination of sounds, In my opinion.

The Voice
The soft voice of Fabiola is seductive and bewitching, with an intermediate register, a bit high and low according to the rhythm and changes in each song, in moments it joins the music that accompanies it and at other times stands out by itself, I would have liked to hear it more along with the violin that makes her voice more present with each note that is played in some of the songs.

La banda mexicana de rock progresivo ambiental Meliora nos presenta su “Viaje Holístico”. 58 minutos que dura el álbum de Meliora da una muestra de su propuesta musical y de la habilidad de sus integrantes, con una formación musical excelente.
Formada en diciembre de 2016 por Fabiola Simac (vocalista y violinista), y Uvarigh Alvarado (bajista) es cofundador de Meliora. Hijo de Carlos Alvarado, integrante de la banda Chac Mool.

Resilencia
Una entrada completamente atmosférica, lúgubre y misteriosa con un velo lleno de emociones oscuras.
Desdén
Una entrada ligera, suave y con un seductor sonido de violín que nos invita a viajar por emociones melancólicas y turbias, guitarras y batería yendo una con la otra, un ritmo discreto y lento, la voz de Fabiola hace presencia ilumina el camino con una melodía psicodélica, con una emoción tal como lo dice de decepción y desdén.
Primer encuentro
Excelente entrada, más ligera, melódica y rítmica, sonidos seductores que invitan a fantasear! Un viaje lúgubre, con guitarras, bajo y batería acoplándose una a la otra suena algo erótica esa combinación! Otra bella melodía atmosférica, ese violín que bien se escucha!
Aftermath
Un toque distintivo del álbum son las entradas, muy atmosféricas, llenas de ese sonido seductor de un violín hechizante, la combinación de la bella voz de Fabiola con esas guitarras es densa, fuerte y directa, un ritmo lento y oscuro.
Revelación
Otra buena interpretación musical donde hacen gala de las habilidades musicales del grupo, atmosférica y de ambiente, toda la combinación de todos los instrumentos con un ritmo lento y con esa suavidad muy característica.
Ondina
Una entrada más lenta y densa, con la bella y desgarradora voz de Fabiola, toda una emoción triste y oscura que acompaña a una melodía llena de dolor y desdén, aquí la voz de ella y el violín hacen toda la trama de esta canción, guitarras se unen al llanto y se vuelven discretas y melancólicas.
Fractal Space
Totalmente una entrada más llena de energía, enérgica, melódica y con mayor velocidad, una batería con mayor presencia y fuerza, una pista totalmente musical y extensa en tiempo.
Fadeaway.
Un cierre melódico, algo rápido y suave, acompañándonos al final con la voz seductora de Fabiola que nos invita a cerrar este viaje Holístico lleno de música muy emocional en combinación, que abren la mente y cierran los ojos para dejarse llevar con sonidos bastante progresivos y psicodélicos.
Mi Recomendación
Es un álbum con mucha carga emocional, con un manejo de buen Rock Progresivo Psicodélico, combinando Jazz, Blues, muchos de los sonidos que hacen explotar la mente, musicalmente bien hecho, estructurado, creo que de las pocas bandas en México que logran ejecutar este tipo de sonidos, es una introspección a los sentimientos y demonios humanos del día a día tal como lo dice nuestra amiga Fabiola, sonidos densos y oscuros y geniales! Un Rock espacial con ese estilo, desarrollando una mezcla de sonoridades lisérgicas de un rock psicodélico con estructuras complejas del progresivo, con un poco de teclados interesantes y efectos de sonido "futuristas", un álbum muy atmosférico, que están presentes esta combinación de sonidos, en mi opinión.

La Voz
La suave voz de Fabiola es seductora y hechizante, con un registro intermedio, un poco alto y bajo de acuerdo al ritmo y cambios en cada canción, en momentos se une a la música que la acompaña y por otros momentos resalta por sí misma, me hubiera gustado escucharla más junto al violín que hace que su voz tenga más presencia con cada nota que se interpreta en algunas de las canciones.
