Official Bio of Schönberg band:
Manabu Hoshino (G) who likes Eurorock, Celtic music, Chopin and Mozart metal like DREAM THEATER and SYMPHONY X, and Kiyoshi Maekawa, Pia Sora, Akihiro Miwa and Naru (Vo) who loves metal opera like KAMELOT. )… These two people played a central role and initially started as a studio project.
While looking for a regular member suitable for the sound they are aiming for while doing a live performance with support members, they met Shingo Ogawa (Ds) and Tatsuya Yamaguchi (B) who like ANGRA, SONATA ARCTICA, RHAPSODY, Kanagawa. stopover activities focused on Atsugi-Tokyo / Hachioji. In 2009, he participated in the domestic metal omnibus "SAMURAI METAL Vol.5", expanded the activity area to Tokyo, and continued to work more vigorously, but Yamaguchi retired.
In 2010, Katsuhiro Yamazaki (B), who likes X JAPAN, LOUDNESS, and DREAM THEATER, joined the group and started making albums when he settled in the current organization. The 1st album "SPLENDID ROSA BIRTH ~ Brilliant Rosa, Birth ~" which recorded the popular "Rosa trilogy" ("Rosa Crisis", "Rosa Gigantia", "Rosa Sirius") Released in July 2011 by Yggdrasil Records.
Starting in the spring of 2012, he began to formulate the concept of the next work and decided to make it a story album. Based on the original story written by Naru, he begins to write songs as you expand the setting and story. While on tour at the same time, he began producing the second album for release in late 2013, but difficulties with the members continued and recording was once postponed.
The production/recording of the album started again in the second half of 2015, and the magnificent story album "Another Veiled Story ~The Genealogy of Fate~" was completed in the summer of 2016.

サポート・メンバーを従えて、時節ライヴを行ないながら、目指すサウンドに適った正規メンバーを探している中、ANGRA、SONATA ARCTICA、RHAPSODYを好む小川晋吾（Ds）、山口達也（B）と出会い、神奈川・厚木～東京・八王子を中心に本格的な活動を開始する。2009年には国産メタル系オムニバス「SAMURAI METAL Vol.5」に参加、活動地域も都内へと拡大し、更に精力的に活動を行なっていくが、山口が脱退する。
2010年になり、X JAPAN、LOUDNESS、DREAM THEATERを好む山崎勝博（B）が加入し、現編成へと落ち着いたのを機にアルバム制作を開始。ライヴでも人気を博していた「ロサ3部作」（”ロサ・クライシス“、”ロサ・ギガンティア“、”ロサ・シリウス“）を収録した1stアルバム「SPLENDID ROSA BIRTH ～華麗なるロサ、誕生～」をYggdrasil Recordsより2011年7月にリリース。
2012年春より、次作の構想を練り始め、ストーリー・アルバムとすることを決意。ナルの書いたオリジナル・ストーリーを基に、舞台設定・物語を膨らませながら曲作りをスタートさせる。並行してツアー等も行ないつつ、2013年末のリリースに向けて2ndアルバムの制作に取り掛かるも、メンバー周辺に苦難が続き、一旦レコーディングを延期させる。
2015年後半より再びアルバム制作/レコーディングを開始し、2016年夏に壮大なストーリー･アルバム「Another Veiled Story ～運命の系譜～」を完成。2016年10月28日（金）に、新たに契約したBlack-listed Recordsよりリリースする。
Hello Naru san! Thank you very much for this interview! This opportunity to know about you!
How have you been during these 2 years?
Naru:
The first year was the year when the album Baroque Gravity was released, but the coronavirus was also prevalent in Japan, so I couldn't tour as I expected. Last year I did a live show of the album, but during the tour I discovered an illness and was hospitalized for surgery. After that, I will be working on making the next album while taking medical treatment.

Tell us a bit about yourself! How was your musical career in Japan?
Naru:
I've been singing for over 20 years, but by singing classical music as well as metal, the range has expanded considerably and the range of expression has too.
What are your musical influences? Opera, Rock, Metal, Pop or?
Naru:
I was influenced by opera, classical music, rock, jazz and Japanese enka.
What are your favorite vocalists? Favorite Symphonic Metal bands in and out of Japan?
Naru:
Roy Khan, Kathleen Kim, Ethel Ennis, Momoe Yamaguchi, Kiyoshi Maekawa.
My favorite Symphonic Metal band is Kamelot.
The Schonberg band is your first musical band or were you already in other previous bands?
Naru:
Schonberg is the my first band.
Now about your band Schonberg, do you have anything in your plans to make a single or a new EP?
Naru:
Recording is a little ahead, but I'm starting to make a new album.
"Baroque Gravity" which is your third album is great! You have a beautiful, melodic and elegant voice! For people who haven't heard it yet, the album is an elegant combination of Symphonic Metal and Power Metal! Do you have any favorite song?
Naru:
Thank you! I am very happy to hear that. I aim to combine elegance and strength.
I love all the songs on the album, especially the 3rd song "Cristal de Neige" and the 10th song "Misty". "Misty" also posted a video of the acoustic performance on YouTube.
About the album "Baroque Gravity" maybe this year or the next year, will you release any other video about your album?
Naru:
I'm just making a video behind the making of the album "Baroque Gravity".
SCHONBERG band and Naru, what are you planning for this year? Any previous presentation? Or why not an online event?
Naru:
I was treated for my illness until February of this year, and after that I was receiving medical treatment, so I couldn't do activities such as online events.
We are planning a resurrection live show this fall. Of course, you can also attend a live show online. And I hope the next live show will be held by the end of this year.
Anything else you want to share with us? Naru san have any surprises for your fans?
Naru:
The illness taught me that no matter how difficult the situation, if you have your own beliefs, you can stand up again. And the illness also taught me that no one is alone.
Through future music activities, I would like to bring that to the listeners' ears with performances and creations that are full of love for music!

¿Cómo has estado durante estos 2 años?
Naru:
El primer año fue el año en que se lanzó el álbum Baroque Gravity, pero el coronavirus también prevalecía en Japón, por lo que no pude hacer la gira como esperaba.
