Sinira is a Melodic Black Metal solo-project from Texas, USA, inspired by the Swedish Black Metal of the early/mid 90s and bands such as Dissection, Vinterland and Sacramentum.

Characterized by soaring melodies, sunken and sorrowful vocals, and whirlwind invoking tempos, the music of Sinira is a homage and tribute to the Swedish titans who reigned proud and whose flames still burn bright.

Where Starlight Does Not Shine

The start is explosive, fast-paced and constant, the drums strong, forceful and continuous throughout the track, with the classic harrowing vocalization of Black Metal, a melancholic and depressing acoustic part that gives it a very dark pause.

Gardens of Pestilence

An equally fast start, strong and without pauses with a lot of energy, a bit of changes in tempo but with the same power and characteristic aggressiveness, a track between fast and slow, sharp and stuck chords.

The Everlorn

The song with the name of the album starting with sharp chords that later joins the forceful drums, rhythm, tempos and scale in the same power as the previous tracks, but at times it breaks the synchrony a bit, which quickly recovers from these changes, we come back with slow and fast changes.

A fully acoustic, atmospheric pause, with slow scale

Tear Ladened Skies

A harsher and stronger chord from the beginning, forcefulness and rhythm that we hear with the changes in the drums, this song is more melodic and with greater changes in the musical scales.

Our Final Nightfall

Rhythms and musical scales with the same power, constancy and with a little greater in the melodic part.

Dawnless Twilight

It starts from the farthest reaches of a low scale and then gradually increases the longest track in time, preserving the same power, dynamism, and tight changes in rhythm that we hear near the start of the track, albeit close to in the middle of the track there is a stronger change in rhythm with greater brutality and the melodic part increases excellently!

Omega XI

After much forcefulness, strength and aggressiveness reflected in these chords and drums, the album closes with a track with funeral, melancholic and devastating keyboards.

My Recomendation

We have an album of a single content, continuous and with changes in rhythms, scales with great forcefulness, jammed acute chord attacks that accompany with an equally powerful battery, with a dark and aggressive environment, as described in the biography by the influence and musical inspiration, a Melodic Black Metal in combination with a discreet Melodic Death is evident, an album loaded with augmented, melancholic melodic guitars with atmospheric and acoustic pauses, without losing the brutality that is characterized.

Sinira es un proyecto en solitario de Melodic Black Metal de Texas, EE. UU., Inspirado en el Black Metal sueco de principios y mediados de los 90 y en bandas como Dissection, Vinterland y Sacramentum.

Caracterizada por melodías altísimas, voces hundidas y tristes, y tempos que invocan un torbellino, la música de Sinira es un homenaje y tributo a los titanes suecos que reinaron orgullosos y cuyas llamas aún arden brillantes.

El inicio es explosivo, acelerado y constante, la batería fuerte, contundente y continua en toda la pista, con la vocalización desgarradora clásica del Black Metal, una parte acústica melancólica y depresiva que le da una pausa muy oscura. 

Gardens of Pestilence

Un inicio igual de acelerado, fuerte y sin pausas con mucha energía, un poco de cambios en tempo pero con la misa potencia y agresividad característica, una pista entre acelerada y lenta, acordes agudos y atascados.

The Everlorn

La canción con el nombre del albúm arrancando con acordes agudos que posteriormente se une la batería contundente, ritmo, tempos y escala en la misma potencia que las pistas anteriores, pero por momentos rompe un poco la sincronía, que rápidamente se recupera de estos cambios, volvemos con cambios lentos y rápidos.

Una pausa totalmente acústica, atmosférica, con escala lenta

Tear Ladened Skies

Un acorde más áspero y fuerte desde el comienzo, contundencia y ritmo que escuchamos con los cambios en la batería, esta canción es más melódica y con mayores cambios en las escalas musicales. 

Our Final Nightfall

Ritmos y escalas musicales con la misma potencia, constancia y con un poco mayor en la parte melódica.

Dawnless Twilight

Inicia desde los más recóndito a lo lejos de una escala baja y luego aumentando poco a poco, la pista de mayor extensión en tiempo, conservando la misma potencia, dinamismo y cambios ajustados en ritmo que escuchamos cerca del inicio de la pista, aunque cerca de la mitad de la pista hay un cambio más fuerte en ritmo con mayor brutalidad y la parte melódica aumenta de forma excelente!  

Omega XI

Después de mucha contundencia, fuerza y agresividad reflejada en esos acordes y batería, se cierra el albúm con una pista con teclados fúnebres, melancólicos y desoladores.

Mi Recomendación

Tenemos un albúm de un solo contenido, continuo y con cambios en ritmos, escalas con mucha contundencia, ataques de acordes agudos atascados que acompañan con una batería igual de potente, con un ambiente oscuro y agresivo, tal como lo describe en la biografía la influencia e inspiración musical se hace evidente un Black Metal Melódico en combinación de un Melodic Death discreto, un albúm cargado de unas guitarras melódicas aumentadas, melancólicas y con pausas atmosféricas, acústicas y sin perder la brutalidad que se caracteriza.
