My Recomendation
The band starts with the first song of Tales Untold in an explosive, fast, melodic, and harmonic way, the singer's voice predominates at all times, the orchestral parts give it a more dramatic and cinematographic touch, with Ascendence it maintains that same dynamic. with medium and constant tempos, the chords become more present, Song for Winter we have an even more melodic and soft song, The Deceiver begins in an epic and atmospheric way, with the chord line explosively ahead, with fast and heavy tempos , excellent drums, then entering with medium rhythms, in Sapiens we also have an atmospheric start and with a Middle Eastern style, something heard in other bands of the same genre in some of their songs, but then an explosiveness of the chords and drums with fast tempos, the chords are the most predominant in this track, with Memoriam we have an acoustic, soft, slow and theatrical beginning, in Empyrean we have a heavy and punchy beginning strong chords and drums, medium to fast rhythms, then the melodic part is present in a phenomenal way, the combination of voices makes it even heavier and more harmonious, and from there ending with In Time in a soft, melodic way, with a romantic epic ballad style.
This new album has a more elaborate, mature sound, maintaining its melodic and modern musical influences, it is a very dynamic, symphonic, modern, epic, theatrical and cinematographic album, in addition to the melodic part it combines elements of power metal, progressive for some changes of tempos that handles them in a great way with the chord line of melodic and heavy guitars, with some touches of thrash metal speed, thick riffs, as in some heavy, strong and dark songs like Empyrean, Anthea released a varied, balanced album with symphonic, melodic, poetic and harmonic elements as before said that any fan of this style will be hooked!
