Alis began her career at age 5, taking singing lessons for three more. In 2003 he started as a vocalist in the rock band "zejel" ending their participation in 2006.

 

He continued his musical studies to specialize in opera at age 18, singing arias in culture and consolidating as a professional opera singer.

Well look my name Alis Heded I am from Guadalajara Jalisco Mexico I am vocalist Abyss of Time, and opera singer on a side project titled to my name, my soprano tessitura is dramatic coloratura, I remain currently studying lic. In Gregorian chant, and when given the opportunity to organize cultural and musical events the metal genre, highlighting the Metal Female Voices Fest Guadalajara

 

How you begin your music career?

 

I started my musical career at age 13, as lead singer in a rock band called zejel (now disbanded).

 

How you start your vocal training?

 

beginning at age 13 years by a private singing lessons.

 

What influences you, in and out of this genre?

 

Within the genre metalhead my influences are mainly symphonic metal, melodic, progressive metal. Power metal, symphonic black metal and folk metal

Outside the genre, classical music in general, R & B, Jazz, Gospell. Gregorian chant and New Age

 

Because you like this genre in particular?

 

It's a genre that fills me as it is very expressive about feelings either with sadness, angry or joy, well that's a genre that is full of virtuosity in both performance and composition and in which I identify the strength their sound.

 

What are your hoobies?

 

not really so many because luckily I usually have a busy life between work and my studies musical projects but something I enjoy doing in my free time to relajame is watching movies, reading.

 

What projects do you currently have?

 

I'm currently recording a tribute album will Tarja but with my solo project

And the band Abyss Of Time with live and songwriting process for recording our first EP.

 

What you've thought about doing more later?

 

As an organizer I'm planning on doing the third edition of Metal Female Voices Fest Guadalajara and a cultural event called Picnic Victoriano consisting of classical music performances there

Dance, poetry and art exhibitions and theme of the event is that attendees are dressed in Victorian times.

And singer takes part in another project called Opera Noir melodic metal in which the band was not active and this retaking the project again, and then conclude with the performance features of the EP with Abyss Of Time, I will focus on the realization of an official album of the band.

 

What do you think of the music scene in our country (female metal)?

 

Well I think that is not supported subgenus, as he felt that there is some sexism, and still good in this genre considering that this genre in the beginning was led by men and relatively is new this that women entering this gender as well as in our country is sexist

I feel that's why they are not given the support they should give

It takes a lot more coverage and support local bands and is for that reason that I get the idea of ​​a female metal fest in bone gdl that the subgenus is taken seriously at the local and national environment.

 

 

For you, you're a songwriter, which is important, performance, lyrics, music or voice?

Tell us about your project "'Abyss of Time' as the concept was founded?

 

The project was founded in December 2012 with members and former members of the band Opera Noir, because some members decided to take different musical paths

Saludos Amigos! Quiero presentarles a una cantante talentosa y muy linda! El cual le brindo este espacio para que ella misma les diga quien es! Alis Heded de México, Soprano y Líder vocal de bandas de Metal Sinfónico!

 

Alis empezó su carrera a los 5 años, tomando clases de canto por tres más. En el 2003 empezó como vocalista en la banda de rock alternativo “Zéjel” terminando su participación en el 2006.

Continuó con sus estudios musicales hasta especializarse en ópera a los 18 años, cantando arias en eventos culturales y consolidándose como una cantante de ópera profesional.

Hola que tal el gusto es mío

Y gracias a ti por brindarme esta oportunidad

Pues mira me llamo Alis Heded soy de Guadalajara Jalisco México soy vocalista de la banda Abyss of Time, y cantante de ópera en un proyecto alterno homónimo a mi nombre, mi tesitura es soprano, coloratura dramática, actualmente me mantengo estudiando lic. En canto gregoriano y cuando se da la oportunidad organizo eventos culturales y musicales en el género del metal, destacando el Female Metal Voices Fest Guadalajara

 

Como empezaste tu carrera musical?

 

Comencé mi carrera musical a los 13 años, como vocalista en una banda de rock alternativo llamada Zejél (actualmente desintegrada).

 

Como iniciaste tu entrenamiento vocal?

 

Inicie a la edad de 13 años mediante a clases particulares de canto.

Que influencias tienes, dentro y fuera de este género? Dentro del género metalero mis influencias son principalmente de metal sinfónico, melódico, metal progresivo. Power metal, black metal sinfónico y folk metal

Fuera del género, la música clásica en general, R&B, Jazz, Gospell. Canto gregoriano y New Age

 

Porque te gusta este género en especial?

 

Es una género que me llena ya que es muy expresivo en cuanto a sentimientos ya sea con la tristesa, enojó o alegría, además que es un género que esta lleno de virtuosismo tanto en ejecución como en composición y en el cual me identifico por la fortaleza de su sonido.

 

Cuáles son tus pasa tiempos?

 

Realmente no son muchos debido a que afortunadamente suelo tener una vida ajetreada entre el trabajo estudios y mis proyectos musicales pero algo que disfruto hacer en mi tiempo libre para relájame es ver películas, leer.

 

Qué proyectos tienes actualmente?

 

Actualmente me encuentro grabando un disco tributó a Tarja pero con mi proyecto solista

Y en la banda Abyss Of Time con presentaciones en vivo y en proceso de composición para la grabación de nuestro primer EP.

 

 Que has pensado en hacer más adelante?

 

Como organizadora Estoy planeando en hacer la tercera edición del Female Metal Voices Fest Guadalajara y un evento cultural llamado Picnic Victoriano que consiste en que haya presentaciones musicales clásicas

De danza, poesía y exposiciones de arte y la temática del evento consiste en que los asistentes vayan vestidos de la época victoriana.

Y como cantante participare en otro proyecto de metal melódico llamado Ópera Noir en el cual la banda no estaba activa y se está retomando el proyecto de nuevo, y después de concluir con las prestaciones del EP con Abyss Of Time, me enfocare en la realización de un álbum oficial de la banda.

 

Qué opinas de la escena musical en nuestro país (female metal)?

 

Bueno opino que es un subgénero no muy apoyado, ya que consideró que todavía en este género hay algo de machismo, y bueno tomando en cuenta que este género en sus inicios era liderado por hombres y relativamente es nuevo esto de que la mujeres incursionen en este género, aparte de que en nuestro país es machista

Siento que por eso no se le da el apoyo que se debería de dar

Le hace falta mucha más difusión y apoyo a las bandas locales y es por ese motivo que me llego la idea de organizar un female metal fest en gdl ósea que dicho subgénero se tome con seriedad en el ambiente local y nacional.

 

Para ti, que eres canta autora, que es importante, el performance, la letra, la música o la voz?

 

Creo que todo va de la mano para que sea algo excelente

Pero para mí lo más importante es la letra, una buena ejecución vocal y la música

Pero todo tiene que ver para presentarle a la gente algo de calidad

 

Cuéntanos de tu proyecto ‘’Abyss of Time’’ como se fundó el concepto?  

 

El proyecto se fundó en diciembre del 2012 con integrantes y ex integrantes de la banda Opera Noir, debido a que algunos integrantes decidieron tomar caminos musicales diferentes

Y en cual se le hizo la invitación a otros compañeros para que formarán parte de este proyecto en el cual afortunadamente a estado trascendiendo en el gusto de la gente a nivel local.

Quiero expresar situaciones personales que disfrutado o sufrido en mi vida

Y que ciertas personas se puedan sentir identificadas con esas situaciones que yo he vivido

Para que vean que se puede salir adelante y que no están solos
