MARBLE are back! The melodic metal band from north Italy will present their new opera, the following to 2008 “A.t.G.o.d.” (Y Records/Warner) and the 2010 self titled Ep.

 

The new Album is named “S.A.V.E.”, will present a lyrical connection between the songs, focused

on the three theological virtues and the seven deadly sins. The new members, Eleonora Travaglino

on vocals and Norman Ceriotti (Defamed, Roll for Initiative) along with founders Paul Beretta, Omar Gornati on guitars, Daniel Fleba on bass and Jacopo Marchesi on keyboards, will blend both melody and aggressiveness into a mix of melodic choruses, heavy guitar, technical rhythms and keyboard harmonies.

 

The song “Mine” won an online contest with Swedish death metal guitar master Marko Tervonen

(The Crown), and has been mixed and mastered by him, while the whole album has been produced by Giulio Capone (Moonlight Haze, ex Temperance, Bejelit).

 

The Artwork for “S.A.V.E.” will be created by the great finnish artist Jan Yrlund of Darkgrove.net,

which will also create their first lyric video.

A beautiful musical, symphonic beginning that later gives us a brutal assault of drums and strong chords, the voice of Eleonora showing strength and strength to those melodic and explosive riffs.

MY MASK COLLECTION (Vanity)

 

A melodic beginning, a little more relaxed in speed and power, strong chords and hard scales, Eleonora's beautiful voice perfectly softens the musical structure.

 

WHAT LEADS US TO (Envy)

 

A very melodic musical entrance, soft chord and more relaxed tempos, but those guitars suddenly accompany with heavier chords momentarily and a long and very emphasized riff next to Eleonora's voice nuances very well to the beat of each song, but it can still be greater its reach.

 

TO FEED THE WORMS (Gluttony)

 

Excellent change with a pace of increased acceleration and power! More strength and melody later, her voice unchanged with her own register and excellent color.

 

A DARKER SHADE OF ME (Wrath)

 

A song with greater acoustic chords, greater instrumental content, relaxed and calm.

 

WHERE IS THE LIGHT (Faith)

 

It is a more complex track, with combined tempos, it has a dark atmosphere, guttural voices and clean voices, strong chords along with the drums.

 

TIMELINES (Sloth)

 

A song also complex with heavy chords, changing rhythms, a very good and not so long solo, high musical scales and a little low afterwards, Eleonora's voice also changes a bit in its power.

 

DAYMARE TOWN (Charity)

 

The song is good, here we find a short melodic rhythm, but the musical line is similar to the previous track, a good riff and constant chords.

 

SINS AND VIRTUES ENDING

 

Closing the album with a short, progressive, melancholic and soft instrumental track.

My Recomendation

 

An explosive album at times, with slightly varied rhythms, the musical line is similar in many of the songs, melodic, progressive, soft or powerful, hard riffs and strong chords, The concept of the album is based on the behavior of the deadly sins of the human being and how they intertwine with the virtues within a gloomy, dark and melancholic decadent environment. A Progressive / Melodic Metal that has a good original musical base and a similar musical line, alternating strength and darkness.

 

The Voice

 

Eleonora's voice is very remarkable, in several tracks the register does not change, except a little in the last songs, her voice maintains strength and sound, a great vocal register, which can be even more exploited with higher musical notes or more powerful!

¡MARBLE están de vuelta! La banda de metal melódico del norte de Italia presentará su nueva ópera, la siguiente a 2008 "A.t.G.o.d." (Y Records / Warner) y el Ep.

 

El nuevo Álbum se llama “S.A.V.E.”, presentará una conexión lírica entre las canciones, enfocado

sobre las tres virtudes teologales y los siete pecados capitales. Los nuevos miembros, Eleonora Travaglino en la voz y Norman Ceriotti (Defamed, Roll for Initiative) junto con los fundadores Paul Beretta, Omar Gornati en las guitarras, Daniel Fleba en el bajo y Jacopo Marchesi en los teclados, mezclarán melodía y agresividad en una mezcla de coros melódicos, guitarra pesada, técnica ritmos y armonías de teclado.

 

La canción "Mine" ganó un concurso en línea con el maestro sueco de guitarra death metal Marko Tervonen. (The Crown), y ha sido mezclado y masterizado por él, mientras que todo el álbum ha sido producido por Giulio Capone (Moonlight Haze, ex Temperance, Bejelit).

 

La portada de "S.A.V.E." fue creado por el gran artista finlandés Jan Yrlund de Darkgrove.net,

que también creará su primer video con letra.

Un bello comienzo musical, sinfónico que posteriormente nos dan un brutal asalto de batería y acordes recios y fuertes, la voz de Eleonora haciendo gala y fuerza a esos riffs melódicos y explosivos.

Un registro y línea melódica, progresiva con un aporte mayoritario en acústica y de presencia de los teclados, tempos un poco semejantes a la anterior pista,

Excelente inicio musical, pesado, agresivo y potente! Con una súper combinación de voces guturales y la voz limpia de Eleonora! Línea progresiva y melódica con excelente pesadez.

Un inicio melódico, un poco más relajado en velocidad y potencia, acordes fuertes y escalas duras, la bella voz de Eleonora suaviza perfectamente la estructura musical.

 

WHAT LEADS US TO (Envy)

 

Una entrada musical muy melódica, acorde suave y tempos más relajados, pero esas guitarras de repente acompañan con acordes más pesados momentáneamente y un riff largo y muy enfatizado junto a la voz de Eleonora matiza muy bien al compás de cada canción, pero puede ser aún mayor su alcance.

 

TO FEED THE WORMS (Gluttony)

 

¡Excelente cambio con un ritmo de mayor aceleración y potencia! Más fuerza y melodía después, la voz de ella sin cambios con su mismo registro y excelente color.

Una canción con mayores acordes acústicos, mayor contenido instrumental, relajada y tranquila. 

 

WHERE IS THE LIGHT (Faith)

 

Es una pista más compleja, con tempos combinados, tiene una atmosfera oscura, voces guturales y voces limpias, acordes fuertes junto a la batería.

 

TIMELINES (Sloth)

 

Una canción también compleja con acordes pesados, ritmos cambiantes, un solo muy bueno y no tan extenso, escalas musicales altas y un poco bajas después, la voz de Eleonora también cambia un poco en su potencia.

 

DAYMARE TOWN (Charity)

 

La canción es buena, aquí encontramos un ritmo melódico breve, pero la línea musical es semejante a la pista anterior, un buen riff y acordes constantes.

 

SINS AND VIRTUES ENDING

 

Cerrando el albúm con una pista instrumental corta, progresiva, melancólica y suave.

 

Mi Recomendación

 

Un albúm explosivo en momentos, con ritmos un poco variados, la línea musical es parecida en muchas de las canciones, melódico, progresivo, suave o potente, riffs duros y acordes fuertes, El concepto del albúm es basado en el comportamiento de los pecados capitales del ser humano y como se entrelazan con las virtudes dentro de un ambiente lúgubre, oscuro y melancólico decadente. Un Metal Progresivo/Melódico que tiene buena base musical original y una línea musical semejante, alternando fuerza y oscuridad.

 

La Voz

 

La voz de Eleonora es muy destacable, en varias pistas no cambia el registro, salvo un poco en las últimas canciones, su voz de ella mantiene fuerza y sonoridad, un gran registro vocal, el cual puede ser aún más explotado con notas musicales más altas o más potentes!
