Founded in February 2009, Disminded knew relatively quickly in which direction they

should go musically: Dramatic melodies, hard groo ves and f ast thrashy pa rt s meet

profound, unadorned lyrics, straight from the deepest abysses of the soul: despair, fear,

addiction, betrayal and violence. The best ingredients for solid death metal with a decent

old school touch!

 

After two highly acclaimed albums, "Out Of The Ashes" and "Beheading The Snake", the

band went to Tim Schlichting at Flashback Recording Studios in the summer of 2022 to record their third album, "The Visions", which was mixed and mastered by

scene icon Harris Johns in late summer.

My Recomendation

 

The album starts in a very instrumental way with those crunchy and powerful chords, distorted and rough in A Melting Of Worlds, in Nightmare with enough power in the voice full of darkness and evil! Slow tempos, serious sounds and chords between the bass and excellent guitar with that rhythm and tempo, mixing a little double bass drum later for a short time, in Unleash Hate a little more sound and speed, with that old-fashioned Death metal style school, raw and pure sounds, power and quality! In Coro-Nation we have good speed and monstrosity between those distorted chords and aggressive drums, in World War 3 a bit of slow sounds from the beginning that later become explosive and classic with that powerful line of Death Metal and thus we have a brutally visceral album with monster riffs, often heard blast beats with equally raw lyrics, death metal purists will love it! Over the course of the 10 songs they give us enough powerful downloads of violent songs to get the mood down!

 

The result is an easy-going ode to old-school 90s melodic death metal. 10 songs full of fervor and devotion with brutal drag, heaviness and aggressiveness, almost all rolling melodies, parts of explosive speed, growls and screams of pleas and curses, and all that in a contemporary outfit, without indulging in "modern" genre expressions. .

El albúm arranca de forma muy instrumental con esos acordes crujientes y potentes, distorsionados y ásperos en A Melting Of Worlds, en Nightmare con bastante potencia en la voz llena de oscuridad y maldad! Tempos lentos, sonidos graves y acordes entre el bajo y guitarra excelente con ese ritmo y tempo, mezclando un poco de doble bombo posteriormente por tiempo breve, en Unleash Hate un poco de mayor sonido y velocidad, con ese estilo de Death metal a la vieja escuela, sonidos crudos y puros, potencia y calidad! En Coro-Nation tenemos buena velocidad y monstruosidad entre esos acordes distorsionados y batería agresiva, en World War 3 un poco de sonidos lentos desde el principio que después se vuelven explosivos y clásicos con esa línea potente de Death Metal y así tenemos un albúm brutalmente visceral con riffs monstruosos, blast beats que se escuchan muy a menudo con letra igual de cruda, para los puristas del death metal les encantara! En el transcurso de las 10 canciones nos brindan suficientes descargas potentes de violentas canciones para descargar el animo!

 

El resultado es una oda sencilla al death metal melódico de la vieja escuela de los noventa. 10 canciones llenas de fervor y devoción con arrastre brutal, pesadez y agresividad, casi todo rodando melodías, partes de velocidad explosiva, gruñidos y gritos de súplicas y maldiciones, y todo eso en un atuendo contemporáneo, sin complacer las expresiones de género "moderno".
