SYMBTOMY band are an "old school death metal" from Czech Republic and They just released their "DEMO#1" with three songs and three vocal guests -Johan Jansson (INTERMENT), Jonny Pettersson (WOMBBATH, JUST BEFORE DAWN,HENRY KANE,... ), Ralf Hauber (REVEL IN FLESH). The band is tribute to 90's era and 90‘death metal itself.

A fast start, surprise, dense speed and double pedal, with forceful tempos and percussions, heavy chords, the voice is perfect, distinguishable and hard!

Slow down a bit at the beginning of the track, we continue with a similar beat, chords thick in time and a more powerful drums, here the drums take all the beat and strength!

​

 The knife cut surgically / guest - Johan JANSSON (INTERMENT)

​

Kick off the track with an evocative Riff, slow tempos and a low scale, then a more aggressive and fast double pedal! Lots of strength and the drums with greater forcefulness, discreet chords that accompany, the perfect voice and in sync!

​

My Recomendation

​

These first three songs are well done and are a clear tribute to old school Death Metal, with guitars that have an excessive use of controlled distortion, handle strong scales, forceful and with a marked speed, but later in the second and third songs It goes down a bit, there are deep tunings on the instruments, fast percussion and a dominant use of the double pedal, a battery with a lot of power that comes out a lot like the voice, the guitar riffs are a bit melancholic and that's very good! They reflect that tribute to a style that continues to this day! Old school Death Metal! I think I would wait for the Single afterwards, right? Well, it's a good presentation of the band with a mastery of musical instruments and the handling of the Death Metal style.

The Voice

​

The death growl he drives is pretty clear! It is very distinguishable and does not lose within the musical storm and the scales that show bass sounds.

La banda SYMBTOMY es un "death metal de la vieja escuela" de la República Checa y acaban de lanzar su "DEMO # 1" con tres canciones y tres invitados vocales -Johan Jansson (INTERMENT), Jonny Pettersson (WOMBBATH, JUST BEFORE DAWN, HENRY KANE), Ralf Hauber (REVEL IN CARNE). La banda es un tributo a la era de los 90 y al death metal de los 90 en sí.

Un inicio rápido, sorpresivo, velocidad y doble pedal densos, con tempos y percusiones contundentes, acordes pesados, la voz es perfecta, distinguible y dura!

Baja un poco la velocidad al inicio de la pista, seguimos con un compás semejante, acordes gruesos en tiempo y una batería más potente, aquí la batería se lleva todo el compás y la fuerza!

​

Inicia la pista con un Riff evocador, tempos lentos y con una escala grave, después un doble pedal más agresivo y veloz! Muchas fuerza y la batería con mayor contundencia, acordes discretos que acompañan, la voz perfecta y en sincronía! 

​

Mi Recomendación 

​

Estas tres primeras canciones están bien hechas y son un claro tributo al Death Metal de la vieja escuela, con guitarras que tienen un uso excesivo de distorsión controlada, maneja escalas fuertes, contundentes y con una marcada velocidad, pero después en la segunda y tercera canción baja un poco, hay afinaciones graves en los instrumentos, percusión rápida y un dominante uso del doble pedal, una batería con mucha potencia que sobre sale bastante al igual que la voz, los riffs de guitarra son un poco melancólicos y eso está muy bien! Reflejan ese tributo de un estilo que aun continua en nuestros días! Death Metal de la vieja escuela! Creo que esperaría el Single después cierto? Pues es una buena presentación de la banda con un dominio de los instrumentos musicales y del manejo del estilo Death Metal.

La Voz

​

El death growl que maneja es bastante claro! Se distingue mucho y no pierde dentro de la tormenta musical y las escalas que muestran sonidos graves.
