The Review!

1.    Pacifying (7:35)

A great atmospheric entrance, with pleasant choirs of voices in the background with a very gratifying acoustics, accompanied by a very sublime violin, the hypnotic and powerful voice of Sonya, melody and harmony are combined in a way that submerges the listener in what deep of his being in an exploration, reflection and discovery.

2.    Vagrant (6:47)

An entry that improves the heavier and more accelerated guitar technique! Sonya's voice is more hypnotic and brings us to the melodic song that leads us to a sublime narration of rediscovery, those denser and stronger guitar riffs!

3.    Deceiver (4:42)

What a sublime and unique entrance with the violin! It has a more dynamic approach and marked by the theme of which the song speaks, it has a very open and fast rhythm, united by the violin. The refrain and a heavy emotional riff and strong in the middle part of the song give the touch of a more marked progressive.

4.    Time Like the Sand (6:37)

A heavier song with more progressive body, Sonya's voice adapts to the beat and changes in rhythm according to the light or aggressive note! A subject in which the destruction of man causes in the world.

5.    Blue Fear (7:00)

Excellent heavy and raw input, it is nice the contrast that is heard between the voice of Sonya, the Battery and a very emotional guitar! Strong and silent in brief breaks

6.    Secret Shelter (7:18)

Excellent final a conversion of piano, violin very but very atmospheric and vocal combination of Sonya that leads us to continue traveling Through this sound, dense and smooth, full of emotions marked with lyrics and sound that marks us in each song of this great album!

My Recomendation

It has very good melodic female voices and very well coupled to the changes of rhythm in the scale of each track, it gives us dynamic quality sounds, heavy and marked riffs, soft hypnotic violins, everything well worked musically, has its own style but with influence of bands like Opeth, The Gathering, Katatonia or Anathema, in some musical passages reminded me a bit of Anneke, mixing heavy tracks and softer tracks.

The vocalist and lyricist of the band Sonya comments:

"The title of the album" On the Air "perfectly reflects his concept: it's a life here and now, a life full of all kinds of emotions, events, moods, like a song in the air. isolate you, but to be open and sincere, live not to destroy that important balance between your conscience and the world. "

 

Voices

I like the voices, the scales mix perfectly to the beat of the loud and high-pitched music, a soft tune and high and slow falsetto, slow and soft in some songs, without losing strength in the scale and vocal strength of Sonya.

La Reseña!

 

1. Pacifying (7:35)

 

Una gran entrada atmosférica, con agradables coros de voces de fondo con una acústica muy gratificante, acompañada de un violín muy sublime, la voz hipnótica y potente de Sonya, se combina la melodía y la armonía de una forma que se sumerge el escucha en lo profundo de su ser en una exploración, reflexión y  descubrimiento.

 

1. Vagrant (6:47)

 

Una entrada que mejora la técnica de guitarra más pesada y más acelerada! La voz de Sonya se aprecia más hipnótica y nos lleva junto a la melódica canción que nos conduce a una sublime narración de redescubrimiento, esos Riffs de guitarra más densos y fuertes! 

 

1. Deceiver (4:42)

 

Qué entrada tan sublime y única con el violín! Tiene un enfoque más dinámico y marcado por la temática de la que habla la canción, tiene un ritmo muy abierto y rápido, unido por el violín. El estribillo y  un pesado riff emotivo y fuerte  en la parte media de la canción le dan el toque de un progresivo más marcado.

 

1. Time Like the Sand  (6:37)

 

Una canción más pesada y con más cuerpo progresivo, la voz de Sonya se amolda al compás y cambios en ritmo de acuerdo a la nota ligera o agresiva! Un tema en la cual la destrucción del hombre que causa en el mundo.

 

1. Blue Fear (7:00)

 

Excelente entrada pesada y cruda, es agradable el contraste que se escucha entre la voz de Sonya, la Batería y una guitarra muy emocional! Fuerte y silenciosa en breves pausas

 

1. Secret Shelter (7:18)

 

Excelente final una conversión de piano, violín muy pero muy atmosférica y combinación vocal de Sonya que nos conduce a seguir viajando Atraves de este sonido, denso y suave, lleno de emociones marcadas con letra y sonido que nos marca en cada canción de este gran álbum!

 

Mi Recomendación

 

Tiene muy buenas voces femeninas melódicas y muy bien acopladas a los cambios de ritmo en la escala de cada pista, nos brinda sonidos de calidad dinámica, riffs pesados y marcados, violines suaves he hipnóticos, todo bien trabajado musicalmente, tiene un estilo propio pero con influencia de bandas como Opeth, The Gathering, Katatonia o Anathema, en algunos pasajes musicales me recordó un poco a Anneke, mezcla pistas pesadas y pistas más suaves.

Voces

Me agradan las voces, las escalas se mezclan perfectamente al compás de la música fuerte y aguda, un matiz suave y falsete agudo y alto, lento y suave en algunas canciones, sin perder fuerza en la escala y contundencia vocal de Sonya.
