Greetings! My friends As usual every year in Darkzen Dragon Metal Angels Magazine, The super top 2023!! Thank you so much for following along and showing your support for all these great bands! That in these years it has been hard to make a production, here is the super top 2023 of this year's albums! They all have different styles, rhythms and voices, arrange the albums as you like and want! This is the selection! Thank you very much, Horns up and keep going!

Notable Mentions!

 

Blind Hex Dystopia

 

Blind Hex, a Symphonic Neo Metal band from México, founded in 2021, fuses Symphonic Metal with Electronic music and elements of Modern Metal. Dystopia is a strong and at the same time sensitive album, it shows the fresh and innovative side both in composition and in arrangements, harmonies, voices, lyrics and other musical elements.

 

Eluria Behind the Lock

 

Under Stephen King's horror concept, Eluria releases his debut album called Detrás de la Cerradura, with a style of modern metal and alternative metal.

 

Cobra Spell  666

 

Finally, they release their debut album “666”, an international band that revolves around the guitar heroine and only constant Sonia Anubis (ex-Burning Witches, ex-Crypta), “666” an album with a style from the 80s. It's with a classic hard rock and traditional heavy metal sound, with the elements of glam rock and less of the metallic rhythm.

 

Valkyrie band Attack of Valkyrie

 

Valkyrie band. Former members, SHUKO (Dr), MIHO (Gt) and Koseki Gt/Vo) form "VALKYRIE ZERO". A drum set with a hard rhythm reminiscent of SLAYER, S.O.D. in the 80s and the force is reminiscent of S.O.D. The 9 songs of the 9 are made to seek speed, so there is no medium tempo. ArkRoyal Clymenus

 

ArkRoyal is a female metal group from Sapporo. Their sound has been based on power metal and heavy metal. They have received solid reviews in the local Japanese rock and metal press this year 2023 with the release of their first full album, Clymenus, after several EPs and singles. It stands out with tracks like finale, 陽炎 (Kagero) with very good vocal lines, among other parts of the album!

 

Cran Arcanaria Raging Raven

 

Cran Arcanaria, the gothic metal project of Nagoya-based vocalist Cran, released their new album on April 22, 2023. Raging Raven is the second full-length release from Cran Arcanaria. These will include the digital single Dark Eternal, as well as re-recordings of the project's debut single Invisible and the 2021 song Obsession, a production with speed, melody, and harmony in many parts of the album!

 

Asagraum  Veil of Death, Ruptured

 

Brutal and dark serve to describe the new album by Asagraum, formed and led since its formation in 2015 by Obscura.

 

Beyond The Black - Beyond The Black

 

Beyond The Black with this new self-titled album from the band with strident compositions, fast-paced melodies and catchy hooks!
