Awake Consciousness is a powerful metal core band from Spain, that combines genres like progressive metal core and groove metal.

The letters invite the listener to reflect about the awakening of consciousness of the human being, as well as add new flavors to the music world.

Awake Consciousness The band is created in 2018 by the guitarist Danfred and the singer Ira Kero. After years of musical work and experience in the industry, they decided to go one step further and create a band with modern melodies and metalcore structures, contributing powerful and fresh vocals in melodic and guttural, giving life to the songs, along with powerful riffs that will not leave anyone indifferent, Shortly after Manu Valler. Joins the band, a guitarist with a wide background in production and musical knowledge, giving sense to the band and contributing from

the first moment to the creation of the first album.

The band seeks to transmit a message with their music to society: the awakening of consciousness of every human being, Their lyrics show the experiences of everyday life, the doubts, the worries, the obstacles overcome. The key of the band is to write lyrics with consciousness and to reflect the deep side of every human being, The power is in the inner self of every human being.

Hello band! Thank you very much for having you here for the interview! How have you been?

AC:

Very good, thank you for this moment and thank you for your time and the support you give to the

Tell us a little about the band! They have a strong combination, Groove with Core Metal! What are your musical influences?

AC:

Awake Consciousness was formed in 2018 in Madrid Spain with the initial idea of

Danfred and Ira Kero, looking for a powerful and bass sound, then Manu Valler joined

as guitar and Erik Grajo on Bass.

Our influences are a bit of everything general with the Core, example Veil of maya,

Meshuggah, monuments and spiritbox among others.

What are the musical careers of the members? Have you been in other bands?

AC:

We are musicians with a musical background, previously Ira Kero and Danfred were in another project together from which they left to move forward on other paths and thus Awake was born Consciousness and Manu and Erik also come from other projects before.

What is the theme of your music?

AC:

The lyrics of our songs aim to produce the awakening of consciousness of the

humanity. Help them remember that human beings are free, powerful and sovereign of themselves same.

The lyrics, who writes them and who composes them?

AC:

The lyrics are written by Ira and the musical composition is done between Manu and Danfred.

Ira Kero! You have a powerful voice! With a high-pitched vocal range! Tell us more about yourself, hobbies, do you have other projects?

Ira:

Thank you so much. My vocal technique is the result of many years of study and practice. I come from Classical singing and lyrical technique have helped me a lot.

Apart from being a singer, I am a lawyer, astrologer, pole dancer, actress and model.

Tell us about your album Into a Quantum Leap! For those who don't know about you, what songs do you recommend they listen to first from your album?

AC:

The album is a conceptual design of which we recommend that you purchase it, it is a design astrological and quantum, also where it separates two Eras of humanity.

Danfred recommends the song Neptune, it reflects quite a bit on people who feel left out. of place in this world.

Manu recommends the song Evolution Is Fear, one of the songs on the album, and talks about how Fears are evolutions and it is important that every human being must face that fear to move forward and evolve

Ira Kero recommends The We Outsiders, the lyrics talk about the fact that we are in a world controlled and that we can break that to be aware of who we are!! we're free

and we decide our destiny!!

Erik recommends In-Travel talks about how to move forward you have to look inward and you should Letting go of what disturbs you is all mental and you can get out of those situations.

How many official videos have you released from your album so far? Will they launch more?

AC:

There are 4 video clips released, which you can find on our YouTube cannel In-Travel, Evolution Is Fear, Kinetic, The We Outsiders, There will be more music videos in the future. 2025 will be key for our new launches

Do you have a favorite song from your album?

AC:

There are several for each of us, for example: Erik's favorite is Entropy,

Manu In-travel Ira Kero likes Kinetic, Danfred likes Quit

The album cover is mysterious, what do those symbols mean?

AC:

It is a concept album, the cover speaks of a mandala of two Eras, the old and the new Era of the human being, the symbols are two eras where you will find the past and the possible future of the human being, the Age of Pisces you will find what has been learned by Throughout the history of humanity, science and the symbols of ancient religions and in the new one is the Age of Aquarius, you will find technology, the mental and human and social evolution. The cover is divided in half vertically, showing more than 2000 years of Era.

Are you making a new EP or single?

AC:

If we are currently preparing new singles that we will release in 2025 in this new Era of humanity and technology is going fast, so we will adapt as musicians and we will create a single that is what is trending now

Do you have any tours?

AC:

If we have a European Tour that will start in October 2024 and end in November. We will go to cities like Lisbon, Amsterdam, Diest, Warsaw, Bydgoszcz, Prague, Budapest. And some more... And in 2025 there will be more that we will reveal little by little

Any collaborations with any other bands?

AC:

At the moment No although we are open to proposals Whether as a Tour or recordings

About the Video AWAKE CONSCIOUSNESS, EVOLUTION IS FEAR

My opinion

The song is strong, with a single line of chords more than anything, we hear it throughout the track, where the chords are emphasized more and the drums give it that power in parts of the song, there is a change of rhythm when the clean voice enters from Ira, it sounds very good, the riffs are heavy, with that syncopated rhythm change, as I mentioned, it has a lower tuning, and Ira's voice is raspy and brutal!

Just as you listen to the song, it is power and energy that the band will leave us with another album next time!
