Isiliel is a solo dance/vocal project by Himari Tsukishiro (NECRONOMIDOL).
Mixing genres as diverse as folk, blackgaze and city pop via a worldwide team of veteran songwriters such as King Dude and NARASAKI of COALTAR OF THE DEEPERS, through Isiliel Himari will express hitherto unexplored depths of pathos and beauty on stage.
Himari Tsukishiro is Isiliel, a Japanese black metal idol. Currently traveling to deliver her songs and dances all over the world.
Hello Himari-chan! That an honor to have an interview with you! Welcome!
You have a beautiful voice, very soft and deep! How do you train your voice?
Himari:
Thank you! I've had the help of many voice training teachers up until now. I feel that all of them have made me who I am today.
The biggest event among them was when Nikolai, the composer of Isiliel's first full album "Gekkou Souseiki", and his wife Kine came to Japan, and Kine (the singer) gave me voice training. The bizarre advice that I had never been taught before really changed my life.
Do you have other musical tastes within Heavy Metal?
Himari:
I'm fascinated by male-female choruses like Nightwish and Battle Beast. It's something I'd like to try someday!
What other hobbies do you have Himari?
Himari:
Anime! Manga! Cosplay! Ranpo!
I know you're an actress! What type of theater work do you like? Have you also made films? Tell us a little!
Himari:
As for theater, I played the role of Persephone in the stage play "Makai". It was a place where I was able to grow as a really immature person who didn't know what to do. Now, I want to act more.
I'm not very knowledgeable about theater productions, but I was really into the movie "The Shining". Jack Nicholson's acting is captivating, so I looked up his movies and watched them.
After that, I was fascinated by Jim Carrey's acting, and looked up his movies and watched them. Recently, I've seen "Yes Man" about twice.
You have a beautiful look! What is the story of your look?
Himari:
Japanese anime has saved me a lot. I really wanted to live in a two-dimensional world. I started working with a black-haired princess cut, and now that silhouette has become a very important part of my identity as Tsukishiro Himari. I also love the various cultures of Japan. I want to maintain a look that symbolizes Japan.
Do you have favorite bands within Black Metal?
Himari:
I love the Mayhem movie "Lords of Chaos" it's shocking.
What does mean the name Isiliel?
Himari:
It means "Daughter of the Moon" in Elvish.
You are currently on a tour of the USA! Tell us how about your experience and your fans?
Himari:
Once again, so many irreplaceable memories were born this time. Among them, I feel that the fact that we were able to perform overseas for the first time as a band was a major turning point for Isiliel going forward.
Tell us about your singles, from 2022 生存戦略 (Single), to the current one from 2024 Pinky Promise (Single). Pinky Promise's latest single has a totally different style, I think!
How was the production and why? Sounds good!
Himari:
Thank you very much!
The reason "pinky promise" was born was that during a long trip overseas, I suddenly thought, "Hima, every time I say, 'Let's meet again. Pinky promise!' I want to make that into a song and convey that. But if I wear my usual dark costume with a metal sound, the nuance is a little different... ...That's right! April Fool's Day might be a chance to show the complete opposite of myself, without lying!" I thought of it and suggested it, and then they produced it. I was really happy...
Tell us about your first album Gekkou Souseiki! I think you fuse a little bit of everything within your album! Symphonic Metal, Goth, Power, Black etc. Do you have a favorite song from your album?
Himari:
When it comes to my favorite song, I really can't decide...or rather, I don't want to decide. But the song that is most memorable is "Koumeishoshi." It's the song that Isiliel started off with. It's a song of love.

Himari:

Isiliel は月城ひまり（NECRONOMIDOL）のソロダンス・ボーカルプロジェクト。
多国籍の作曲家チーム（NARASAKI (COALTAR OF THE DEEPERS)・King Dude (米) 等）と共に幅広いジャンル（フォーク・ブラックゲイズ・シティポップ）を通しステージ上で今迄見たことの無い美しさとパトスを御魅せします。
ひまりちゃん、こんにちは！インタビューができて光栄です！いらっしゃいませ！
あなたはとても柔らかくて深みのある美しい声を持っています！ どうやって声を鍛えますか？
Himari:
ありがとう御座います!
今迄、沢山のボイストレーニングの先生にお世話になりました。その全てが今の自分を作ってくれているのを感じます。
その中でも一番大きい出来事は、Isiliel 1st フルアルバム「月虹創聖記」の作曲家ニコライさんが奥さんのキネさんと来日していた際、キネさん（シンガー）にボイトレをしていただいたのです。今迄に教わったことのない様な奇想天外なアドバイスは、本当にひまを変えてくれました。
ヘヴィメタルの中で他の音楽の好みはありますか？
Himari:
ナイトウィッシュやバトル・ビーストの様な男性と女性でのコーラスには惹かれます。ひまも、いつか挑戦してみたいことのひとつですっ！
ひまりさんには他にどんな趣味がありますか？
Himari:
アニメ! 漫画! コスプレ! 乱歩! です。
女優さんだって知ってますよ！ どのような種類の演劇作品が好きですか? 映画も作ったのですか？ 少し教えてください!
Himari:
演劇に関しては舞台「魔界」ペルセフォネとして演じさせていただきました。右も左も分からない本当に未熟なひまが沢山成長させていただいた場所です。今では、もっと演技をしてみたいと思っています。
演劇作品にはあまり詳しくありませんが、映画では「シャイニング」にとてもハマりました。ジャック・ニコルソンさんの演技は目が魅力的で、出演作を調べては観ていました。
その後ジム・キャリーさんの演技に魅了され、また調べては観ていました。最近では、「イエスマン」を2回くらい観ていました。
あなたは美しいです！その見た目にはどんなストーリーがあるのですか？
Himari:
日本のアニメに沢山救われてきました。ひま、二次元に生きていたいと本気で思っていたんです。黒髪姫カットで活動することになり、今ではそのシルエットが月城ひまりを形作るとても大切なアイデンティティになりました。そして日本の様々な文化がだいすき。日本を象徴する様な見た目を維持していきたいと感じています。
ブラックメタルの中で好きなバンドはいますか？
Himari:
メイヘムの映画「Lords of Chaos」は衝撃的でだいすきです。
名前 (Isiliel) はどういう意味ですか?
Himari:
エルフ語で「月の娘」という意味です。
現在、アメリカツアー中ですね！ツアーの感想やファンの反応を教えてください。
Himari:
今回もまた、本当に沢山のかけがえのない思い出が生まれました。その中でも、海外で初めてバンド体制でライブをさせていただけたことは、これからのIsilielの大きな転換期だと感じています。
2022年の『生存戦略』(シングル)から、2024年の最新シングル『Pinky Promise』(シングル)まで、シングルについて教えてください。Pinky Promiseの最新シングルは全く違うスタイルになっていると思います！ 制作はどうでしたか、またその理由は何ですか? いいですね！
Himari:
ありがとう御座います!「pinky promise」の生まれた理由は、海外での長い移動中にふと、「ひま、毎回"また逢おうね。pinky promise!"って言っているけれど、それを歌にして届けたい。でも、普段の暗黒の衣装にメタルのサウンドだと、ちょっとニュアンス違うよね…。…そうだっ! エイプリルフールなら嘘ではなくて真逆の自分を見せられるチャンスかも!」と思いつき提案させていただき、そうしたら制作していただけたのです。本当に、嬉しかったな…。
1stアルバム「月光創世記」について教えてください！ アルバムの中であらゆるものを少しずつ融合させていると思います！ シンフォニックメタル、ゴス、パワー、ブラックなど。 アルバムの中でお気に入りの曲はありますか？
Himari:
お気に入りの曲、と言うと本当に決められない…というよりも決めたくないのです。けれど、思い出深い曲はやはり「光明生死」です。Isilielが出発した曲。愛の曲です。
他に何か共有したいことはありますか?
Himari:
MVでは、Isilielの世界観がぎゅっと詰まっています。相対的なものの美しさ、暗くて重くて激しいメタルがあなたの鼓動を打ちます。是非観てみてください
何か聞き忘れたことはありますか？
Himari:

Himari Tsukishiro es Isiliel, una ídol japonesa del black metal. Actualmente viaja para entregar sus canciones y bailes por todo el mundo.
Tienes una voz preciosa, muy suave y profunda! ¿Cómo entrenas tu voz?
Himari:
¡Gracias! He tenido la ayuda de muchos profesores de entrenamiento vocal hasta ahora. Siento que todos ellos me han hecho quien soy hoy.
El evento más importante entre ellos fue cuando Nikolai, el compositor del primer álbum completo de Isiliel "Gekkou Souseiki", y su esposa Kine vinieron a Japón, y Kine (la cantante) me enseñó a cantar. El extraño consejo que nunca antes me habían enseñado realmente cambió mi vida.

Himari:
En cuanto al teatro, interpreté el papel de Perséfone en la obra de teatro "Makai". Fue un lugar donde pude crecer como una persona realmente inmadura que no sabía qué hacer. Ahora, quiero actuar más.
No tengo muchos conocimientos sobre producciones teatrales, pero me gustó mucho la película "El resplandor". La actuación de Jack Nicholson es cautivadora, así que busqué sus películas y las vi.
Después de eso, me fascinó la actuación de Jim Carrey, busqué sus películas y las vi. Recientemente, he visto "Yes Man" unas dos veces.

¡Muchas gracias! La razón por la que nació "Pinky Promise" fue que, durante un largo viaje al extranjero, de repente pensé: "Hima, cada vez que digo, 'Volvámonos a encontrar. ¡Pinky Promise!' Quiero convertir eso en una canción y transmitirlo. Pero si llevo mi habitual traje oscuro con un sonido metalero, el matiz es un poco diferente... ¡Así es! ¡El Día de los Inocentes podría ser una oportunidad para mostrar lo opuesto a mí, sin mentir!". Lo pensé y lo sugerí, y luego lo produjeron. Estaba muy feliz...
Cuéntanos sobre tu primer álbum Gekkou Souseiki! Creo que fusionas un poco de todo en tu álbum! Metal sinfónico, Goth, Power, Black etc. ¿Tienes una canción favorita de tu álbum?
Himari:
En cuanto a mi canción favorita, realmente no puedo decidir... o más bien, no quiero decidir. Pero la canción que más recuerdo es "Koumeishoshi". Es la canción con la que Isiliel comenzó. Es una canción de amor.

Himari:
