My Recommendation

The album begins explosively, strong, melodic and with a lot of energy with the song The Beast, Yuko's beautiful voice is light, clean with a great register, and in this heavy song the way in which the power of the wadaiko (traditional Japanese drums) ) is synchronized and with strength and power with the traditional drums, with the following song Flower of Dusk a masterful musical entry of the Japanese instruments in all lines, with that power and forcefulness, then we continue with Honor of Love, the majestic Japanese folk, melodic and characteristic energy of the band! With Aria of Life, beautiful musical entry with Yuko's voice with a period scenery from Japan, a ballad with a background musical splendor of Japanese instruments in general, with 修羅ノ義 we have the musical line equally energetic, strong and melodic , the musical rhythms mark a beat very well followed by all the instruments, in Bluer Than Indigo we have a melody with that same characteristic musical line with the instruments in maximum musical splendor, from there we can continue with a beautiful song with a more jpop in Starlight (I vs I), light and soft rhythm, Yuko's voice beautifully exalts with ease, the Japanese instruments with minimal expression, later in Brave to close the album with an entry with a background choir and Japanese instruments with a lot of energy and color, a very white and clean song between a more marked jpop and folk rock, with moments of short riffs present, then we have two bonus packs 星の如く and 名作ジャーニー which the last song is from the anime's theme song school comedy “Aware! “Meisaku-kun”

Wagakki Band, surprises us with its folk metal creations, with its seventh studio album, “I vs I”, presenting new and characteristic sounds that complement its established style. El albúm inicia de manera explosiva, fuerte, melodica y con mucha energía con la canción The Beast, la bella voz de Yuko ligera, limpia con un registro genial, y en esta canción pesada la forma en que el poder del wadaiko (tambores tradicionales japoneses) se sincroniza y con fuerza y potencia con la bateria tradicional, con la siguiente canción Flower of Dusk una magistral entrada musical de los instrumentos japoneses en toda línea, con esa potencia y contundencia, después continuamos con Honor of Love, el folk japonés majestuoso, melódico y energía característica de la banda! Con Aria of Life hermosa entrada musical con la voz de Yuko con una escenografía de época de Japón, una balada con un esplendor musical de fondo de los instrumentos japoneses en general, con 修羅ノ義 tenemos la línea musical igual de enérgica, fuerte y melodica, los ritmos musicales marcan un compás muy bien seguido por todos los instrumentos, en Bluer Than Indigo tenemos una melodía con esa misma línea musical característica con los instrumentos en un máximo esplendor musical, de ahí podemos continuar con una bella canción con un estilo más de jpop en Starlight (I vs I), ritmo ligero y suave, la voz de Yuko bellamente exalta con facilidad, los instrumentos japoneses con un mínima expresión, posteriormente en Brave para cerrar el albúm con una entrada con un coro de fondo y los instrumentos japoneses con mucha energía y color, una canción muy blanca y limpia entre un jpop y folk rock más marcado, haciendo presencia momentos de riffs breves, después tenemos dos bonus pack 星の如く y 名作ジャーニー la cual la última canción es del tema musical del anime de comedia escolar “Aware! Meisaku-kun”

Wagakki Band, nos sorprende por sus creaciones de folk metal, con su séptimo álbum de estudio, “I vs I”, presentando sonidos nuevos y característicos que complementan su estilo establecido. ¡El álbum muestra la capacidad de experimentar mientras conserva la esencia de su identidad musical única del Folk Rock Metal Japonés con ese sonido tan marcado y potente! Creo que el albúm tiene lo siguiente, tiene canciones con el sonido clásico y distintivo de Wagakki Band pero también canciones en nuevas direcciones o tendencias musicales como en Starlight, con un sonido más jpop y digital también en la segunda mitad del álbum tiene canciones características de la banda y el sonido distintivo de Wagakki Band, con música tradicional japonesa y el rock folk, con canciones creadas por ejemplo para el anime Baki Hanma Pickle Wars, cuya temporada se transmite en Netflix, y el anime televisivo MARS RED.
